Should a a -1 star....Our first time there, we got there a 7:45 pm, wasnt inside more than 3 min., and a female from the front shouts out 5 min. before we close! A young man walked up behind us and proceeded to show us extensions, when at around 7:48, an afro american female approaches and says thay are closed, and just wanted to warn us that the lights were going to go out!, So instead of helping to find what we needed to but, turns and walks away with a package we needed a price on, and we follow her to the register, where she locates and tells us the price, and thatits part human and part synth., which I reply not what we want we want 100% human. Well they never move from behind the reigister to finish the transaction by showing us what we need, again saying " we are closed". So not even 8pm, and theyre chasing customers out of the store!So if we want to buy, we have to come back, which means we are now using gas we dont need to use if theyd just finished up with us when we were there. Guess they careless about people having to return needlessly. So many good people struggling to be employed and do a great job, as I am one, and this store has "no care employees". Will go show elsewhere. The lack of customers reflects the demeanor, of the employees all grouped around the register, and the lack of desire to assist the customers. This store needs to be reported to CH 13 to check out, and put on the consumer part of the news. Do a secret shopper visit on them to see what we have reported.

Oh gee, where do I start... I came in for a simple crochet needle which is fine because Im a hair stylist an I know what it looks like, but as I stand in line waiting one of the cashiers left me an a long line waiting!! While she stops an talks negative about an customer simply asking for pressing oil.. A guy in front ask for help about clippers the young lady couldnt help him at all! Now okay shes a woman an doesnt know much but her attitude was terrible !! But the woman know nothing about hair ! So I figure why work there an then get upset with customers because they dont know anything Most of all THE STORE IS ALWAYS OUT OF HAIR

They are all HORRIBLE, BSW is always understaffed. They never have new stuff available and the customer service is the worst I have experienced EVER! Beauty plus on maryland parkway is way better than this "so called beauty supply store". I used to come here religiously but they have lost me as a customer the staff act like they dont want to be there and they play favoritism with some staff I told the manager one of the staff were rude to me and when she goes to get her and talk to her I see them laughing and talking about me in spanish.

This is to the management of the store: Hire people who actually know hair and have patience. The short fat Mexican man he needs to be fired he is rude and Doesnt know anything he constantly asked other people for help but i know hes been working there for a long time Ive seen him multiple times before . He was rude to me making me settle for some hair I didnt want because I felt like I was wasting his time. Go there only if you need products not wigs and weaves . HIRE Better people

Horrible horrible horrible. I went into this place for one product and it seems like it is never stocked, granted it is the best product for locs however, to go in one week wait a week and a half to go back and it still is not stocked. They have poor customer service, the staff would rather finish their conversation with themselves before helping you. Everytime I go in here it is a big disappointment.... and I dont go very often. I am done with this franchise.

This is literally the worst beauty supply store I have ever been to. The employees are rude, not helpful at all, and dont seem to care about anything. Everything is junky, especially toward the back of the store. Youre better off going to Hair Plus Beauty Supply on either Rancho or Maryland Pkwy or ordering online. I honestly wouldve given this place 0 stars, but since that is not an option I gave them one. Save yourself the headache please!

All comments below mine would definitely sum up this place. Crazy thing is....all of them in vegas is like this or worse! Thank God I only go in for small odds n ends, but hair? Where?! They seem to never keep anything in stock. Its like the first of the month at the supermarket EVERYDAY! how are you still out of something 2 months ago last time I was here? This place is a joke!

The place is huge but it seemed not one person could help me with anything. Only great professional and helpful employee that knew what he was doing was young man named franz or France. Would only go back to that spot if he were there to help. He helped me quick and fast and found exactly what I needed. Defiantly should have more employees like that

No one really greeted me and unless you know exactly what youre looking for, its easy to get lost. This store is a mess and it looked like they were in the middle of cleaning it up. The one gentleman who helped me had no idea what was real or synthetic hair and had very little information about the products they had in stock.

They have a very large supply of hair products, but my pet peeve is, everytime you come in the store to buy hair or try in wig, you gotta wait about 20 minutes for somebody to come and help you, I thought I was going to pass out one time, it was hot, and nobody to help you.

They never answer there phone. I was calling to simply get store hrs. Wich should be posted on there website. As big as the store is should have more of hair selection there selection is very poor. When u do go there they leave u waiting for help forever.

There is a associate by the name of James... He is always so pleasant and helpful. If he is not management he should be a part of it. Very professional and unfortunately if he is not there when I come in... I actually come back.

Very disappointed!! I never seen one of BSW with such poor and minimal selection of braiding hair for kinky twist! I would NEVER go there again. A big store full of nothing!

Closed the door five minutes before eight. Store hours state that they are open until eight. My daughters and I will drive across town to spend our money. Bad business.
