My wife and I use this pharmacy on a regular basis. Majority of our experience have been nothing but positive. However, today August 24th 2012 we went to this Walgreens to pick up medication that was ready. The worker informed us that we had to come in to sign for a new Walgreens card as we were in the drive thru. When we went in we were helped by another lady. She is approx in her mid 50s, tall around 510" and yellow hair. This lady is the WORST and rudist customer service person I have run into in a very long time. In fact, she is so rude that she has ruined my wife and I for coming back to this store. We will take our business to different location and pharmacy. I will not return to this Walgreens.

Rude staff. Unbelievably difficult to have a decent exchange with one specific pharmacy tech, as well as a pharmacist or maybe two that work at this location. My husband even got a screaming match with a pharmacist before he could even speak...in the drive thru! We try to avoid this location like the plague! 12th and 7th store in nampa is much better.

We were on the road and my husbands prescription ran out. They were very attentive to our need and called our home pharmacy right away. We had our refill within 1/2 hour. Pharmacy tech and pharmacist were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

walgreens is the best place to pick up medicine or random stuff. they are usually open 247 so it makes it easy get in and out fast. easier that going to walmart
