I went in there 3 time the first time was great a girl name holly helped me out was supper nice and friendly. Went in the 2 time to return some stuff that did not work out for me. So I went but I had forgotten my card and I wanted the cash back on my card bcus they couldnt do cash back so I told the girl Id be back later on before they closed with my card so I get there and a girl Names Jennifer helps and is taking for ever just reading the receipt like it wasnt the right one or something so I ask her if theres s problem totally ignores me walks around me to close the stores door bcus it was closing time walks back and still no respond so Im like umm? Anyways had a horrible experience with Jennifer and Norma they werent nice and didnt want to help me w my returns.

Every time I go to any Sallys I dont get great customer service. This store was definitely the most helpful, I needed to correct my blue hair to silver and I thought I had to bleach and start all over. The lady at this store (didnt catch her name but she has green hair) was super helpful and explained things to me that I didnt understand. I have yet to see how my hair turns out but I will definitely be coming back to sallys at this location.
