I have always had a good experience every time I have gone into shop. Mary the manager is always so helpful and understanding, she goes above and beyond for her customers. All of the staff is amazing and I have never had any issues with shopping or returning items that I didnt like. I have switched brands of things I used to use so I can do all my shopping here that is how much I love going into this store. They really are the best and its so hard to find people who are so helpful and attentive in the customer service industry, you can tell that they really do care. -Cristy Kenniff I am devoted to this location and this beauty supply, they are the best.

I was out of a specific product. Decided to call before going in to be sure the product was in stock. An associate told me to come in on Fridays since thats the day they received their shipments. Walked in and noticed that the associates were working on unloading boxes. I saw that my product was still out of stock. I decided to ask an associate by the name of Teri if my product was received in their shipment. I was told "come back in a few days to see if its been received." Instead of her going to check the boxes she asked me to come back another day. Such an inconvenience and very poor customer service.
