Ok. In all fairness, pharmacys have allot of variables to deal with, e.g., different insurance plans, sick patients, elderly, etc., so I get that. However, when one Walgreens pharmacy stands out with poor customer service nearly every visit in comparison to other Walgreens, something needs to be said. The wait times are long, even with 5 or 6 people running around in the pharmacy, they still cant seem to get it right. Last night i called to speak with the pharmacy, i got the front/customer service. They tried to transfer me to the pharmacy, no one picked up after several attempts. I complained to that manager of long hold times, she said they get complaints all the time and offered to take my contact info to the pharmacy personally. I called back, got thru, spoke to a rep and was on hold for over 30 minutes. I drove to the Drive thru, still on hold, and showed the girl i spoke with that i was still on hold, and she looked up at the phone right in front of her and was embarrased. Although the Pharmacist on staff, Marcus, apologized and gave me my medication at no cost ($6), it doesnt make up for the long waits in line, and no one seems to know what the hell theyre doing. Made the switch to CVS.

The customer service at this store SUCKS! I went in looking for a specific otc diet pill and they didnt have it so i asked a lady walking around with a scanner. She said "We only get 2 bottles in because people steal it". Wtf?? Just because you cant keep track of your product does not mean you should only stock 2 bottles of it. Figure out a better more efficent way. Then i asked if she could call around to seen if other Walgreens might have it and she called 1 store and they were out too. If anyone from corporate sees this review i hope you are taking note of stocking 2 of an item with no back stock. That is completely ridiculous and also you need to send your staff to customer service training because it seems they have none.

Ive used this Walgreens for the past 10 years, and I have always had a good experience. The pharmacist are courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Sometimes we have ONE bad experience and we feed off of that. The manager and the staff are wonderful, I always feel like Im visiting friends, because they greet me with a smile, how are you doing, explain the products in questions and we even joke around sometimes. I always leave there with a smile on my face. Perception is 90% of interacting, we need to be more culturally diverse and accepting.

The pharmacist decided not to fill my pain prescriptions based on his own made up rules. The rule that 2 pain prescriptions cant be filled at the same time. Never heard of this in the many years ive been having these prescriptions filled. Forget this place. First, last time here.

Starting to think every walgreens pharmacy is slower than molasses. They need up their standards of hiring in the pharmacy and get people that have sense of urgency. Waiting for prescription that was sent here 5+ hours ago.

Business hours stated that they would be open until midnight. They had the doors closed at 11pm and they can clearly see customers trying to get in. Looks like they were cleaning and closing early. Boo!

They need to work on there training methods. I was trying to checkout from a new hire and he got overwhelmed and messed up my order because everyone kept coming over and do different things

They close the pharmacy all the time randomly with no notes or anything. It was supposed to close at 6 it is about 3:30abd closed
