I went to ask for hair colors, but the employee was so busy with some girl trying on wigs and the cashier was doing even less. When I was about to leave, the lady that was assisting the girl trying on wigs asked me if I found what I was looking for. I asked her about hair colors, but she seemed very unaware of anything. She told me I have to bleach my hair first (which I already know), not caring about what I was looking to get (flame red hair color, permanent or semi-permanent) and not familiar with hair trends (I told her I want Hayley Williams (Paramore) hair, and she said in the rudest tone possible "I dont know who that is"). Too bad, because they have a good variety of hair color that Im willing to try, but her overall rudeness (because I wasnt going to buy that same day perhaps) deters customers.

I come into the store on 8/15/2016. Adrianna pulls over five different packs of weave & rang it up . To ask me which packs of weave do I want ? She just seem like she was unsure on what she was doing .. After all I did tell her that I am getting a bob weave . She really wasted my time like for 35 mins for nothing when I explain to her let me get the brown and the black weave. I dont know if she was scared because of my skin color or what . I am black.. but she has a very bad attitude & because of that I am never purchasing anything else from that hair store again ! - Very horrible service ...

THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I GET MY HAIR FROM IVE BEEN HERE 3YRS FROM CALI AND THE LADIES ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I NEED OR IF NOT THEY WILL TRY THEIR BEST TOO FIND WHAT I NEED. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with warm welcome. She let me try on wigs and was very knowledgeable with the supplies that she carried. She picked out a wig for me and at first i wasnt to sure, but after trying it on. It was just what i was looking for. I will definently be coming back to this store. Thanks again..
