This place is so ridiculous along with any other Walgreens out there. I say this one is the worst. The main pharmacist is ALWAYS so RUDE (which is why I switched locations) but somehow my prescription got sent here after my scheduled gyno appt. I tell my dr. the specific brand name of the birth control that Ive been on for over a year. I go to this Walgreens (I received an automated call that my rx was ready) and pick up my bc. It was some unknown brand (OF COURSE! IF its not that its always out of stock, even though Ive had automatic refills of this exact brand for over a year) so I went back and asked for what I had requested. Told me that it would be a 30 min wait so I waited. Came back and said that they couldnt give it to me because they are waiting for my dr. to call back. The damn box was right there in front of me. A day later and no calls back. I dont expect much from these people. It could be out of their control but they dont handle customer service when asked why things dont happen the way they should. It is always an inconvenience here.

This is the most unorganized, chaotic, understaffed business I have ever seen. How and why Walgreens allows this to continue is beyond me. I was in Goodyear on business when I unfortunately got sick and filled my prescriptions here because it was the closest pharmacy to my hotel. It took me nearly 30 minutes to just drop off my prescription and was told itd be ready in 30 minutes. I returned 2 hours later and it still wasnt ready. There are two drive up lanes which are ran by one employee who also runs a register inside. While in line there were three other cars that were told they were either out of their medication or they had to come back because their prescriptions werent ready. The worst run business I have ever seen in my entire life.

well this has got to be one of the unprofessional Walgreen i been too but not the rudest one that would be the one on Indian school and litchfield rd. my doctor faxed in my perception on Monday, i went to pick it up on Wednesday and they not only dident fill it. but they dident even order it when they found out they dident have it in stock!! so in stead of ordering it they sent me to the one on Indian school when i live in avondale!!! and it wasent ready there either. gezz

It is nice that they have a clinic on site and it seems nice and well run. However if you need to use the restroom you have to find an employee to open the door. There was a girl near the restrooms stocking shelves...when my friend said "excuse me"....she snapped and said "I am working!!". So we stood and waited for her to finish arranging the eye glasses, she then stood up and walked to open the bathroom door without saying a word.

The store is great. The lines are quick and there is usually no wait at photo. The pharmacy is extremely slow. It is not uncommon to wait a half an hour or more in line just to find out its not ready yet. Its so bad Ive stopped using the pharmacy. The rest of the store is great.

been coming here for 3 years for the same medication that is specially ordered just for me. but guess what? now they making me go with out it for a week. cant go anywhere else then its a 2 week wait. should be a crime like a form of medical malpractice...

This Walgreens is not the best. Nor even good. My dad had to wait for his pills for around 55 minutes. Me, my mom, and my dog had to wait in the car with Church Chicken. I wouldve finished the meal before he got back. My dad didnt even get his pills.

I am sick with bronchitis my doctor and I have fought with the pharmacist all day and they still have not got my albuterol covered by my insurance matter of fact 3 out of 4 times when I called they said they dont even have a prescription for it there

Clinic now refuses to see walk in patients even though their website claims to accept walkins. No other clients there and they told me that I would have to make an appointment and return even though they were doing NOTHING!
