Today I was there to return and make new purchase , once I got in the store with stuff in hand the employee looked at me in a very rude way and I was trying to ask her couple questions about products but she was no help , she is races cause I saw how she treated white american people but with other lady and me she was rude , finally the new product I purchased today suppose to come with a free blow dryer but she insisted there is no free one with flat iron I got just because there is no tag for a gift on the shelf and never bother herself to ask another employee ar her manager!! I said ok never mind and I trusted her anyway, but when I got home I checked online also call another sallybeauty store and they confirm that I should get the gift , now I have to drive all the way again because of her lack of courtesy .

I have been a professional makeup artist for 10 + years. I dropped by today to pick up some of my fave products and the cashier didnt greet me and when I finally was ready to purchase my products she was on the phone with someone trying to find a certain transaction and I waited patiently for a long time, never got a smile or acknowledgment and the other girl working was too busy restocking (she had the entire makeup aisle blocked with boxes everywhere on the floor) so after a while I walked out. I will never step a foot in that store ever again. In this day and age there are so many other stores that are much more in tune with customer and I dont have time to waste.
