If I could give 0 stars I would. My family and I stood no more than 3 feet away from two associates in the hair color aisle for atleast 15 minutes and NO one acknowledged us. NO one! I have NEVER colored my hair before but I have been wanting to. I had no idea what I needed or was looking for but BOTH store associates were too busy helping another customer. They didnt bother to greet us or say they will be right with us. It took two of them to help one person. I, myself have 10 + years of customer service experience. This stores customer service sucks! Being ignored ruined the shopping expierence for me. Horrible. My past expierences have been great. Todays was awful! We were never helped or acknowledged so we left without purchasing anything.

Not sure if they r still open but I had an oppsy coloring my daughters hair a couple years back. It stained her skin th ey were very helpful and knowledgeable for the product we needed. Worked like a charm

After driving for 6 hrs making sure we got to the tooele location before 8pm.The doors were locked and nobody would pick phone up. Even when they say they are open until 8pm. They need to update the hrs.
