I just had the worst experience at this location. I have no knowledge about hair coloring and I was looking for assistance. Ashley I believe is her name was super rude and unprofessional. I has to follow her to the back to kindly ask for assistance. She was too busy on her phone and when I asked for help she just rolled her eyes and pointed me to the aisle. Again I do not know what product I needed specifically for my hair color and she was no where to be found. I read the back of the package and realized that I needed another product with the product I was looking for. So I got a big bottle of the developed. When I went to the front to pay she was on the phone and while being on the phone she was like "I can help you here" and then said "you dont need that big of a bottle" uh.. If you wouldve offered some assistance since the beginning I wouldve known that. I will be writing a review on Yelp as well as calling Sallys corporate office so that they know about this. Ive been to tons of Sallys before and always had a good experience. So people beware.

Stores usually clean, well stocked and organized. Best times to shop here and in the morning. Okay discount with the Sally Beauty Club Card. Small selection of ethnic hair products but theyre working on expanding. Most of the ethnic hair products are organic and water based. Ever expanding hair dye selection. From semi, demi, permanent, masque; in creme or liquid, it leaves room for error. If you luck out, youll get an associate who can walk you through every step from picking supplies, application and also offer recommendations of other products for the best results. Refund on items not more than half used with original receipt. Exchanges for products no more than half used without receipt. Most of the staff really does want to help the customers but its not always easy with a full store especially since theyre usually short staffed. Manager (Katrina) tends to come off as having an attitude but she has a lot of knowledge and she will be best at any recommendations since she knows the store the best.

I love Sallys..however my last trip to this location wasnt as pleasant. My boyfriend and I walked in and an employee was at the counter, not once did she acknowledge us! About 3 minutes later another customer enters and the employee does greet THAT customer telling her about the different sales and promotions they had at the time. I tried to brush it off. When it came time to pay, I realized that I didnt not have my Sallys card on me and she rolled her eyes and told me my total. I asked her if she wanted to look me up by my phone number or email (another sallys store about a week before this incident managed to successfully look up my information) and he response was "no, I already gave you a discount." Which she lied! Hopefully I can give this sallys store another opportunity in the future.
