I had bought a $250 human lace wig and the wig had a lot of shedding. Today I had went in to see if they can do anything about the wig but unfortunately the day that I purchased the wig , he trimmed the lace off . He comb the hair with a wide tooth comb and there was shedding on the comb and also hair dangling at the bottom of the wig that I pulled off. He told me that all human wigs shed. They arent suppose to shed. he couldnt give me a store credit nor a refund. He didnt even try to help me in no kind of way. I wouldnt recommend this place to nobody especially buying a human lace wig from them. never let them trim the lace off at the store. He didnt even give me his boss number. Im unsatisfied with the wig. I lost out on $250. Dont not buy their human wigs that are located behind the counter.

Ive been in this store 4 times over the past year or so and 3 out of the 4 times Ive been there, the guy that works there has been so rude to me! Like, do you want my money or not?? The last time I went, 2 weeks ago, Im looking around not finding the hair I want, so I head back towards the front. The guy asks did I need help. I reply, Im not really finding the type of hair Im looking for. Hes like, Oh, ok and turns his back to me! How about asking what specifically was I looking for because Im looking in the wrong spot. Ask me if I would settle for an alternative. He was completely rude! So I drove my happy butt 25 mins away to United Beauty. I had only went to Milan because its 10 mins away. Needless to say, never again!!

They did that with me too and honestly I remember buy a wig for 600$ , I couldnt buy it all that day so I paid 300$ and i was gonna pay the rest next week , came in , paid the rest of the balance of the wig , came home looked in my bag , it was a completely different wig ! Went back to the store to tell them bc I was thinking they messed up , which is fine it happens , but they told me that was the wig I purchased and I know for a fact it wasnt , they totally played and I spent nearly 2,000$ on the place , never again , I was one of the customer that should be wanting to make an exception for .... anyways all good I found the same exact wig on a website for half price .... I WIN :)

I Will never go back to this store again!!!!!!! I had a very bad experience here, was attempting to buy a wig and noticed that the store worker or manager had took the wig off of the manikin head and put it in my bag (old one)and switched the new wig. I then confronted him about the issue.Bottom line is these people are selling wigs off manikins and not putting the new fresh wigs in your bag. Ill take my business where its appreciated! U know who....Dont like ugly!!!

Very unsanitary that they sell the wigs off the mannequins knowing that other people could possibly have lice or anything else crawling through their hair makes me wonder why they just dont sell wigs that come packaged? I know companies like to penny pinch their way to success but to be complete honest this disgusting I hope this business gets shut down.

I absolutely love Milan.Not only they have a great selection of hair and wigs,but the hair and wig consultants are so helpful and knowledgeable!! Now I am addicted to wigs and my favorite ones, that I thought they were ready to go to the trash, @ Milan they were able to restore them.I highly recommend it to all women teens and even men.

High 5 for customer service. You dont get old ,out of style wigs at Milan. YOU purchase what you see,as each wig on display,is the one .I SHOP!!! An upscale boutigue, like in LA or Vegas. If you want quality,go to Milan. Thanks for finally having a class A place to purchase hair worth my dollars.

I dont know if this place is still there I went there tonight the place is completely gutted theres nothing inside its like theyre tearing the damn place apart so where did they go to..did they move or go out of business or remodeling whats up with this place!!!
