I most definitely beg to differ from the first, and sadly, only review on here. I think the way the Sally employees on 99th and lower buckeye coduct themselves is great! One may think my opinion is biased because i am Gabby (the young lady who works there). Since there are always two sides to a story i will ask all of you to overlook that slight twist in my review. Theres a total of 6 employees working at this location (including the manager) and i can honestly say that we ALL work VERY hard to satisfy every customers needs. We all follow the rules that are given to us, were sincere, amiable, and most importantly well-mannered. Although it would be ideal for 100% of our customers to leave our store satisfied, we unfortunately get 1 person every LOONG while that we cannot please. Thats just the way life is :) I am Gabby and i love my job, the last thing i want people to think is that im arrogant or that i have a bad attitude. I would like to invite you to visit our store today :D Form your OWN opinions about us because i can assure you that your experience there will be a good one.

I Love this Sallys the beautiful ladies are always great help and since myself always has question if I need help they are always there.I walk in and everything is always well organized,with amazing products.The last time I came in about two days ago near I would say 7ish pm., There where 2 young ladies that greeted me like I was family right when I walked in wich gave me a warm feeling.Then one of them asked if I needed help she was really polite and helped me find what I needed I believe her name was Izmari I was trying my best to look at her name badge I apologize if her name is miss spelled.After I was ready to pay herself asked if I was all set and overall I had a great experience.I will definitely be returning and telling friends and family about you Sallys thank you so much!!!

wish i didnt even have to leave a star...but i honestly dont like the staff...MANY MANY TIMES...so horrible that i memorized their names..one in particular..young lady NAMED GABBY..smart remarks and a bad attitude. i will never attend this sallys again. Its not good to lose peoples intrest..right now since of the economy. god bless.
