When I walked in I was greeted in a professional manner, which was nice. When I asked about a product(which looked like it had been tampered with, so I asked if they had more in stock) to one of the sales associates , he gave me a quick response and just walked away without suggesting a different alternative. I noticed that one of the products I like to buy was tampered with and had the product itself or another product dried up on the cap and bottle, making it very sticky. Also, the cream inside had lots of liquid inside it, making it watery. Despite all that, I bought two bottles of another product. When I got home I opened both of them up and noticed there was less of the product in one of the bottles than the other one; and smears along the inside of the cap, like someone was using it inside the store then just put it back on the shelf. Very disappointed. I went to another Sallys beauty location and the sales associate was very friendly and even suggested some alternatives for me in case they didnt have the product in the store(which was the case for me).
