They fail to keep skilled employees. Very often there is no one in store that can answer animal questions, or if there is, its very limited. The care of their reptiles for sale is often questionable and inadequate. If you need frozen feeders for reptiles, they are usually out. I asked the manager about the issue at one point. She replied one particular lady buys them out, and there only so much freezer space. Getting a second freezer is something only terrorists do apparently. At another point I tried to special order a habitat they didnt have in stock. The manager had me e-mail her. She never replied and never bothered. If you need the bare essentials, they might have them, but dont expect much more.

Sadly I have edited my review from 4 stars to 2 stars. I still maintain my original comments about them having friendly employees and good selection, but the grooming department has gotten terrible in the last month. The top 3 groomers have all left and the results were dramatic for my pup. I give the store itself 4 stars and the grooming salon no stars. They did apologize, but charged $10 more than usual for their services. They said they had just increased all their grooming services.

They groomed our German Shepherd Dog yesterday and did a wonderful job. The groomer was very concerned that our expectations were met. Our dog was groomed to perfection. Exactly as my wife had requested. Great people to work with. Recommend to anyone wanting their dog groomed to make the trip to Pet Depot. They will do a great job.

Filthy salon with poor standards and they allow a groomer to be incredibly rude with a customer on repeat occasions and just keep working there like thats ok with them. Its been more stress to go there than it saves me bathing my pup myself so lost my business.

They did an amazing job on our dog Roxie. Shes outside most of the time and gets mats in her hair from time to time. When we bring her here they make her look like a brand new dog. The staff is great and the store will meet all of youre average pet needs.
