Love the employees in the front...BUT our animals will NEVER be back to the groomers there! They charged me $70...paid BEFORE I got to see our dog. Good move on their part or they wouldnt have gotten a penny from me. She looked awful! Gapped places all over..bloody spots where she was cut. The explanation was that she wouldnt stand up...kept falling down...shes 17!!!! Be a little patient...if you cant do your job, get a new career. And for heavens sake...if you mess up that bad, dont charge someone $70!!!!! Trust me... If you love your fur baby, take her somewhere else...anywhere...but here!!!!

The grooming there is a joke I made an appointing and 6 hours later still had not heard from them. I went over there and walk in the room felt like 30 degrees all the dogs were shaking, I said it was cold and the two groomers said they were hot I wouldnt doubt that some dogs will be sick. I asked why my puppy wasnt ready had not been groomed at all after 6 hours they said they were doing the best they can NO the best would be not to make so many appointment I would had rather been told we dont have an appointment than for my puppy to go through what she did TERRIBLE PLACE

They love and care for ur animals..And are right be your side to help you make the right choices for your animals.And all animals are welcome to come inside to check the place out too...There staff is on standby waiting to help you when u walk thru the doors. They got everything you will need to help ur pet feel better or comfortable...
