No stars!!!! This petco grooming is HORRIBLE!!! I took my Yorkie there today for a nail trim and watched the groomer get angry with my dog for not willingly letting her trim her nails. What dog is going to be excited about having this done!?!!! The groomer jerked her legs and pulled her fur on her back in anger of my dog not cooperating as I watched my dog show her teeth because she obviously felt threatened! My dog is not aggressive at all! Anytime Ive ever gotten her groomed here I get charged an additional fee for her being aggressive! Today I witnessed the reasoning behind her aggressiveness! Ive never been charged for this at PetSmart in Smyrna and will continue to take my dog there for grooming. I will NEVER let petco touch my dog again! I will be contacting the manager of this store in the morning!

I had a great experience! Everyone was friendly but not overly friendly and very helpful. My maltipoo looked like a new dog, so amazing! I was able to speak to my dogs groomer and she did exactly what we spoke about. Thank you so much ladies of Petco, for such a wonderful experience!

I cant speak towards grooming services, but I buy dog treats and food here, the store is always clean and well stocked. Prices are good, some items are more than I expect but others are great deals so its a wash. Checking out the cashier is always friendly and helpful.

My husband was trying to buy a 28 pound bag of Natural Balance Fat Dog dog food and couldnt locate it in the store. No one was knowledgeable or helpful in the store. The employees there seemed rude.

The grooming is terrible!! Theyve told me my dogs are aggressive and thats not at all true. The cut they gave my dogs was totally butchered on top of that. Ill never bring my dogs here ever again!
