If I could give 10 stars, I would, but the meter only goes up to five. The team at Bice is absolutely PHENOMENAL in every way! They worked tirelessly to find the best car for me, my budget, and my credit, as well as giving me a great value on my trade in! Our salesman, Jason Tapley, took great care of us! He had everything ready to go for us when we walked in the dealership! This was my first time to ever buy a brand new car and the process was so smooth and stress free! I will ALWAYS buy from Bice!!

I would definitely recommend anyone to deal with Bice Motors simply because they are willing to work with you and find a solution. Recently I went to get my remote programmed to my new Hyundai Sonata and Bice offered to cover the cost. Unfortunately the dealership wasnt able to do it but I was still greatful to Bice because I could not afford to cover that myself ofcourse that was not the reason for them offering to pay but Im still looking forward to keep doing business with them.

Im so appreciative to Brian, Steve, Gary, and the Service Department for making my service times the best! We often hear more bad feedback than we do good. Im not just treated like another person when I go in but I receive the above and beyond service treatment starting at the appointment phone call. Bice also is always open for improvements when suggested they really care about their customers I really want to stress that! Im thankful for their superb Customer Service!

I have never been treated so well by a car dealership! I worked with Shane for several months online and via cell phone for the particular vehicle needs I had. Not only did he find me the perfect vehicle, but I got an amazing deal on my Jeep. The finance guy, Daren, was nice and patient. Even the owner came over and talked with me. I was in and out quickly and have sent several people to them. I have 2 more vehicle needs and I will be buying from Bice!
