My tires were not inflated to the proper air pressure the washer solvent didnt get toppped of the technician made a mess in the glove box inspecting the cabin air filter I have had this vehicle in for service 3 times and they never checked the cabin filter till today leaving a dirty dusty mess in the glove box I was clear in my service request oil change lube and top off the fluids. Not a good experience after a 1 hour and 19 minute wait. I changed the cabin and air filters myself August 31 2016 @177910 miles 16610 miles ago . I have both ford and general motors vehicles serviced at Myers I must say the Ford side is much better..

Dissatisfied with service,had used engine put in,they did not put clamps on hoses,vehicle overheated and so we took it to Chevy in Muncie and they fixed it,Myers took care of the bill,then called service manager about doing chemical test to make sure there was not more damage the service manager said they would not pay for it,he already help out paying the other dealer to fix the hoses, lol (Thank you for doing ur job and taking care of the bill that was ur fault anyways) We will never return to this location, we will always recommend Chevy dealership in Muncie to our friends and Co workers

Dont waste your time with this joke of a dealership. We went in to get a lease quote on an Acadia and the sales mgr wouldnt give estimated payments without a credit application. Weve been to 3 other dealerships in the past two days shopping for our new vehicle and weve got lease quotes on the vehicle we were looking at from all 3 without filling out a credit app. Going to Andy Mohr GMC in Noblesville... Its with the drive for good service.

Would never go back to this place again! They replaced the engine in my car and charged me 3500 dollars. I didnt even make it home! So thanks to them I encountered another 500 dollars in labor and another towing bill! Another dealership said that myer damaged a wire leading to the transmission which caused the problem with the second engine.
