I am 53 years old and since turning 16 have purchased probably 8-10 cars in multiple states and therefore differing dealerships. My car buying experience with Enterprise was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure whatsoever. The sales people treated my wife and myself with tremendous respect and they were beyond friendly. The price on the car I purchased was fantastic. I have had my Nissan Versa for almost two weeks now and I could not be happier with my purchase and my purchase experience! Low and behold when discussing my experience with my boss he revealed to me that for many years he has purchased all of his vehicles from Enterprise as well!

My first time buying a car from a rental place. 2015 Hyundai Sonata SE. I wanted it in a Blue color. I drove one on a trip from home to Florida and fell in love with it. I am a Chevy person and never wanted anything else but this car is so roomy, silent running. The salesman that I had, Deshaun Davis, he did not pressure me with phone calls or emails asking me this and that, the sale was at my own pace. He answered all my questions, went through all the prices as I asked for the total price to drive the car off the lot and he gave me the price. This was a no hassle sale for me. I will get my next vehicle with Enterprise because of the way everything went so smooth and easy.

I cant thank Joe, Londa, Miyon or the guys over at Enterprise enough! They were professional, polite, and they made the entire process from beginning to end extremely smooth and easy. They were genuine, patient, and had my best interest at heart. Considering this was my first time buying a car, I couldnt have asked for much more than that. My experience purchasing my actual vehicle was great. However, 2 weeks after purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales the rental office took over $1222 out of my account without any authorization. My bank account was over drafted, my savings wiped clean and I have yet to hear from anyone regarding this matter to this date. I have filed a complaint and called multiple times and no one has addressed my concerns. This is not the type of experience I expected after purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales and I will have no choice but to let my lawyer handle this matter at this point.

I had a wonderful experience. They were courteous, knowledgeable and they were even able to find me a better rate than my credit union offered. The car I bought had very low miles and was the price was lower than the Blue Book value. I wanted a backup camera installed and they set everything up with a mechanic and gave me a rental until my car was ready. My service with Enterprise was excellent and I couldnt ask for a better sales associate than Tony who made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely buy from Enterprise again in the future.

Generally, this was a good car buying experience, and I really hate shopping for cars. I feel that I got a fair deal. Any problems were taken care of willingly by the staff. The car came in from Cincinnati. Arrived not detailed. Food splashed on the inside door panels and something sticky in the cup holder. The staff readily corrected this when pointed out. I think Myon is a great sales manager and treated us with respect and professionalism. I would recommend this dealership to my friends, and would go back again when I need another used car.

Could not ask for a better purchase experience. I have been buying cars from Enterprise for twenty years and each transaction has been smooth. In our family we drive cars for their full life time and every car has performed VERY well. No, Im not an Enterprise employee, just a customer who would not buy a car any other way. I have bought cars in St. Louis, Maryland, and Kentucky and every branch is staffed with customer focused, responsive people in the sales, finance, and service positions.

I think the sales people at Enterprise are nice, but I dont think thats enough reason to shop there. I was asked for a deposit on a car deal, but when the deal didnt go, then they started saying that the deposit was non refundable, and that I knew it. First, if I had known it was non refundable, I would never have given them the first nickel. And Second, non refundable deposits are not permitted in my state. So give me back my money already.

Caroline was very helpful in finding the right car and giving us all the information to allow us to make a decision. Jason was courteous and helped to finalize the deal. There was not a large inventory to chose from, however, I found a car that fit all the requirements. The process was streamlined and fast. The service that I received at Enterprise was excellent. They didnt make it hard or complicated like other car lots. The salesman was so nice and so professional. If I ever need Enterprise services I will not hesitate to go to them again and I would recommend to any one needing a car. In fact I already have recommended them to a few friends.
