I used Google Reviews and came up with the number for the General Manager and he was not aware of any of the problems wed experienced with Tallasee Automotive. He has corrected our issues that lingered on for almost 3 months in a matter of 3 days. I wish Erik or Mike Collum couldve put half their BS talk into correcting the issue but thats a different issue. If you buy from Tallasee be sure you talk to Jason Sears or Joseph (the sales guy) as they have proven to be the only 2 who take things to heart. Both of these guys are stand up and deserve a 5 star review. I just hope Jason has the ability to be able to change a few things around there to make a long term difference. Starting with ridding the lobby and any other place the sales guys can hide and watch tv instead of helping customers. I also hope he can get them to answer their phones and help customers. I dont know how much he can do but I can say he is a hell of a guy. I thank him for his quick response and turn around on a very bad situation that he was unaware of. .

I’m absolutely thrilled with my car purchase from Tallassee Automotive! I saved a ton of money by purchasing my car from them! My salesman, Angus Gantt, couldn’t have been any better! He went over and beyond to get me the best deal! He was so patient with me and extremely helpful! He truly cares about his customers...he’s not happy unless you’re happy! All of the other staff I encountered were great also! Mike made the paperwork a breeze!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, you’d be crazy not to go to Tallassee Automotive!!! I can’t say enough great things about them!

I wouldnt go to this dealer for anything. They told me that I was approved for an auto loan and could get the vehicle that I was looking to purchase. One of the salesman that I was talking with lied to me about some things and I couldnt get the vehicle we were looking to buy. I wouldnt recommend this dealer to anyone because they will lie to you.

I came in there its a spin the wheel which is to get you in then you sit there for an hour waiting to spin the wheel and everyone has the same number on their card its a scam do not go up there if you get any Flyers in the mail telling you can win a prize its a scam just to try to sell you a car and a waste of gas and a waste of time
