Hmm where do is start a year ago I purchased a ES03DD unit pbtb top of the line unit or so called. I have had nothing but problems out of this machine and have contacted pbtb multiple times and kept getting told its a grounding issue. How is this possible with less than 1ohm resistance from grounding rod to booth and like wise to machine. This machine is nothing more than a 2500.00 paperweight filled with Chinese components that are poorly butt connected together and wires left unsoldered and touching the circuit boards that are just twisted together and are loose at that. They should not advertise that these units are American made when they are clearly not. as far as their powder goes no complaints there and they have always worked with me on it but their equipment is junk. NOTE: Save your money and purchase a Gema opti flex 2 well worth the money spent and can accomplish so much more with out all the hassle of trying to fight to get powder in super tight areas or even on the part for that matter. My shop has more than doubled productivity since switching to GEMA
