We purchased a refrigerator from T&T 6 months ago. It came with a 90 day warranty. It just so happens, that almost 2 months after that warranty expired, the refrigerator stopped blowing cold air. Mechanic came out and said it was a bad compressor. I called T&T and explained that the refrigerator was bad and talked about whether they could work with us on a partial refund or something. They promised me a callback the following day. I did not receive one. I had to call them to then be told that manager was not in and they would try and call a different day. All this be told, we were without a fridge for about a week. They offered us a meager trade in value and we could get another one from them. I said I wanted to look else where because I didnt want to get another bad one. They rudely said they cant give me any money back for it and said they couldnt even pick it up and haul it. Not a good experience at all. Wont be buying there again.

i bought a washer and dryer and they both lasted. over 9yrs they have nice and clean appliances for the price and anytime that i need an appliance i rather go there to buy one. and the staff are friendly and very helpful so if you are looking for an appliance this is the place cause you get your moneys worth

Unfortunately I had to give them a star. Sold us a temporary repair had it looked at before the warranty was up only to have the guy replace the door?? Now it doesnt turn over. And we arent paying 50 bucks for a service call to have them not fix anything again.
