I am furious! I went to buy a Christmas tree and was pleased to see a sign that said 20% off all artificial trees thru today. I give you one star because I had two extremely helpful workers who demonstrated the tree and put box in my cart. (Otherwise I would have given 0 stars!) The tree rang up the marked price $215.20. No place was it marked that the trees were already marked down or an original price. The sign and the workers both said 20% off. The cashier called Mike the supervisor who said $215 was the sale price (he didnt even bother to come talk to me!) $42 is no small matter to me! I bought the stupid tree, but believe me Menards and Lowes has found a new customer!

I went in to purchase the Pizza Peel. It was available just ask the associate told me on the phone that it would be. I stopped to use the bathroom before I made my purchase. The bathroom was nice and clean it smelled sanitized. I proceeded to check out. The cashier was very welcoming and she readily assisted me to make my purchase. I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes total. This allowed me to be on time for work. Thank you Home Depot for such a pleasant shopping experience. I will truly shop at the Shorewood location again!

Usually the help from the sales person in each department is good. This time the sales attendant was short. Did not offer any help as how to fix the situtation. This is one of the few times that I was not happy with calling for help on the telephone. Money is tight guys. Youre going to have to try a little harder. Other calls if have made get 5 stars, this time only 2.

Absolutely rude and no help at all , I called to ask a question on if they have something in stock and The associate was very short with me and told me to call back later bc she was w/ a customer ... okay? You cant take 30 seconds to answer my question on a price? Or transfer me to another associate who can further assist me ? Going to lowes or menards from now on.

Very impressed with Latosha Brooks-very knowledgeable about the G E appliances we looked at. Will definitely buy after taking some measurements, however, will only deal with Latosha. Other help on floor were also helpful in finding supies. Was a pleasure to actuly have people available to ask questions, get directions from.

It is a clean, well-stocked mega-hardware store/lumber yard. Good selection of Dewalt, Mikita, Milwaukee, Black and Decker, Klein, and other tools. The staff, especially the managers, are helpful.
