I absolutely will not shop this store on the weekends. Part time staff with limited store knowledge. No in person check outs forcing you to use self check out in early AM hours. Then when you need help with self check out because items you are buying need to be scanned, you have to wait for them to open a register and start the whole process over again and move to another register. Then get carded to purchase razor blades for a utility knife. I am 40 years old. Literally had to show ID. Then the 3 pack utility knife set that was on sale I had to show my ID AGAIN!!!!!So what was supposed to be a quick get in and get out. turned into a 15 minute ordeal at the register alone. It took longer to check out than to actually walk the store and grab the items I needed. Not the first time I had a bad experience with this location. But it is always on the weekends. From the time you walk in you are pestered with sales associates that constantly ask if they can help you. Then you say what your doing or looking to buy they stand there like a deer in headlights and waste your time. Only to walk 5 feet and repeat the same process. By the way all I was looking for was roof truss support brackets. But as I walked to the department knowing exactly what I needed and where the items needed where located. I was approached by an over abundance of people who literally just watched me answer the other associate only to ask the same question. It is a bit much. How about instead of clueless personnel wandering the store, you place those individuals behind and actual human operated register to speed up the check out process. I have been going to Menards on the weekends if I happen to need something in an effort to avoid this location at all cost. During the week its a steady and regular personnel who actually know what they are doing. But all bets are off on the weekends when the store is full of wannabee handy men and DIYs and part time personnel who all are clueless.

Horrible Customer Service! Ordered an online order since it was not available anywhere else. Rushed in to pick it up before they closed. Stood in a line for over 30 minutes to pick it up, while 5 employees buzzed around me with no help. Got home and they were the wrong things I ordered. Called and told them the problem and the person on the phone said, "So, what is your question?" I explained I drove an hour to their location to get the wrong product and told that I needed to drive back to the location to return, then put in a different online order and make a 3rd trip to pick it up at a later time! I ended up calling a different Home Depot that told me to bring to them for the return and apologized for the Oswego horrible service. Im not calling a service department to have me tell them the solutions. That is what they are there for! Ill never shop at this store ever again!

I am upset beyond words. I am done shopping here. Have spent almost 30k in the last 3 months and still amazed . Spent 45 minutes trying to get my receipt corrected for overcharge. Bought paint and 3 of the 6 cans were a different tint! Nobody knows where anything is. Dryer delivered with huge dent in it! No credit for shower returned " because someone didnt put our name on it" Prices arent marked correctly. And today, after ordering the " carpet in your home in 72 hours" which its been a week and still not in, they tell me the carpet is in production And wont be ready until mid June. What is the point of advertising 72 hours if its a month!!!? I am done with home depot.

This one store has 95% of everything Ive purchased for my home improvement projects. And when they havent had what I was looking for, the management has made strides to make sure that my visit is a success. The store has also been working diligently to improve their customer service experience for years now. Every time I purchase an item at the store, I comment on how they did on customer service since I have scored 100% on secret shops for 10 years for that. I must say though that their garden workers always ace the customer service experience.

Ive always found Home Depot difficult to navigate. Somehow I am always on the wrong side of the floor when I am looking for something. They need a directory when you first arrive so you dont waste your time pacing the floor. Having said that, I eventually find what I need.

I actually am not a huge fan of this Home Depot. Their selection always seems lacking, cant ever find help anywhere, and if I do they have always come off a bit condescending. For my money, I would just rather drive the extra 5 minutes away and go to Menards.

This place might have the worst customer ever!! On a busy Saturday they have one super super slow person working the paint. And they just dont care. I think if you give up on life you go work at this store!!! Dont shop here!! It will save you so many headaches!!!

Bought a grill took it home and was assembling it and it was missing parts. They got a new one and had their assembler do it. I was able to pick it up later that night. Too late for dinner but I do have a new grill with all the parts.

Terribly managed store. NEVER use this location for a large project. Contractors used left damage to my home while putting in a patio door. Watch your receipts, since location likes to charge you twice for the same item.
