Beware!! Went back on their word. Very disappointing when you purchase a high end Thermador Range that doesnt work out of the box. Best service appointment not for 2 weeks. Salesman said they would replace the range only to later say this was not an option. Justin is a flat out liar!!! I will NEVER step foot into another Grand Appliance store.
