I will start off my review by saying that buying at this store was probably the biggest mistake Ive ever made. The manager has no education what so ever, she is rude, sarcastic, her English is very bad which is ok because I speak Spanish but when I tried to speak Spanish with her (as is her original Language) she told me, "You speak English with me", I was trying to help her so she could understand my problem. I bought a mattress and a Dining set (which came scratched by the way, and I didnt even complained about that). However the mattress after 4 night became curved in the middle, so I went to the store and told her. She said that she would order a new one and that withing 4 days I would have it. Two weeks past and she didnt even call me. So I got into my pickup, drove to the store with the mattress and told her that I wanted to return it. she told me that I couldnt do it, that it was on the receipt, that I could not get my money back, she forced me into get another one... The owner of the store was there and told me that I could get my money back minus a 30% stocking fee, which I agreed to pay just so that I could leave and forget about my horrible experience, but she convinced to not do it and at the end of the day I was FORCED to get out of the store with another mattress. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. She was very disrespectful to me and my wife, at the end while I was leaving she said "Buenas notches, El cortez no le quita el valiente" as if I was being rude for no saying good night...Who would say goodnight after going thru such a horrible experience. If I could rate it 0 stars I would!!!! Horrible...

Horrible experience!!! I ORDERED A DINNING TABLE SET IN MARCH 2017 AND IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED BY THE LAST WEEK OF APRIL. WELL I GOT MY TABLE WITHOUT THE CHAIRS AROUND THE SECOND WEEK OFF MAY ANNS THEN HAD TO PICK UP THE CHAIRS MYSELF MAY 25 2017. MIND YOU ONE OFF THE CHAIRS IS MISSING A PIECE FROM ONE OF THE LEGS AND SHE CLAIMED THAT IT WASNT REPLACEABLE BECAUSE ALL OF A SUDDEN " THE TABLE IS DISCONTINUED" A modern table with a new design very chic will not be discontinued so fast and so early into the year. Its a 2017 collection. Excuse after excuse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FURNITURE STORE. GO TO PASSAIC DISCOUNT ACROSS THE STREET!!
