Best prices that I have found so far. We purchased living room furniture, a king bedroom set and dinning room table. There was a deal with the living room set (10$ pieces for a specific price) that included couch , love seat, 2 side tables, 2 lamps, a coffee table lamps, an area rug , knife set and art work. I wanted the recliner so added that to the deal. Upon arriving we were told that we could exchange two items from the set (the rug or the tables or lamps. We want the glass tables and opted for the wood and faux-marble tables. The store was definitely understaffed but found the salespeople to be as accommodating as possible realizing the volume of customers. The salesman was very friendly and took his time with us and even made suggestions. We also purchased a TV stand with an electric fireplace that was a floor model. We had to come back another day to pick it up though because everything has to be picked up at the warehouse (around the back) and it needs to be packaged first. The couches that we ordered were on back order so we are still waiting for delivery of all of our furniture because it was cheaper to have everything delivered at once. I will update once the delivery has been made I will recommend this store and location over and over again and will return for future needs..

I dropped in today ready to furnish my entire home. I walked in no one welcomed me at all and as Im walking threw the side where all the dressers are I look around to see if there was anyone I can ask for help and saw now no one! Then I finally see someone but they didnt care to even ask me if I needed help or anything at all. As I continue to walk threw the store 3 employees see me because I purposely walked past them as they were talking about there personal life. Still nothing from anyone, I decided to walk toward the bedroom department where there was no one so I waited for a while and no one that saw me came my direction so I then walked towards the exit and on my way there the manager and employee where just sitting on the couch and I simply asked them if they were short staff the manager said yes so I then told him I can see that theres no one here to ask any questions about merchandise and he stood quiet..... and didnt bother stopping me from walking out.... I was very much interested in many many many of there merchandise but customer service means everything to me and it tells everything about a place and I was not impressed what so ever.... my advice is take your money where it will matter

The Manager Lady was unhelpful to the highest possible degree. I bought a sectional on Tuesday , paid upfront and requested a pick up for Saturday or Sunday. I reached there yesterday and the sectional had scratches and leather was torn. I asked her why she did not inform me that the sectional she received is not good. She said this is not her job and if I want other one that will be shipped from warehouse again and I have to wait until next Wednesday. I asked her that now I came here with a pick up guy so in order to compensate can she provide me a home delivery? She rudely said "NO" and moreover she said she is not sure the other one which will come on Wednesday will be good. According to her " THIS IS NOT HER JOB TO PROVIDE THE GOOD FURNITURE TO CUSTOMER" SHE CANNOT INFORM CUSTOMER AND SHE CANNOT MAKE SURE WHEN A CUSTOMER COMES FOR PICK UP THE CUSTOMER WILL GET HIS ALREADY BOOKED AND PAID PRODUCT"-- I HAD NEVER SEEN A FRAUDULENT PERSON LIKE HER BEFORE....Thank you

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Very rude and disgusting. You say one thing and they cut you off and make up a lie!!! I ordered $6,000 worth of furniture. $6,000!!!!!! I expected a little respect, but all I get was rude talk and nasty stares from the management. When the furniture was ready to come in I spoke to the gentleman who put the order In for me and told him which day to order the furniture so it can come in. Something came up and 5 days before my actual delivery date I called and the management and supervisor made up a LIE about my delivery date and I was politely trying to explain what happened but she kept cutting me off and wouldnt let me finish my sentence and now Im getting furniture one a day that I was unaware of and no one is home.. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!! If anything I would recommend to go to another location and try them out.

Had a terrible experience here and will not be back. Ordered a sectional, paid up front and was promised delivery by the salesman within 2 weeks. 2ND week I call for status update and was told they have no ETA and theyll call when it comes in. Call back beginning of 3rd week, get a nasty response saying theyve already told us they will call when its in and now could take another week. I got their corporate head who was nice but told me the item would not arrive at their warehouse for another 3 weeks and the store gave false information from the start. I had just moved in to a new place and had no living room furniture for 3 weeks, so I couldnt wait an additional 3-4 weeks. Got my money back and went down the road where they matched the price and shipped 4 days later.

I have a very similar issue to the lady from last week the manager there I believe her name is Tracy is the most rudest person I have ever met in a retail environment. I have been going there for many years and just because of her the store gets a one-star and I believe I do not want to visit that store anymore. She treats everyone like their incompetent they dont understand and she believes that she has the right to speak above your voice and speak down to you. Unclaimed Freight eventually if management does not change at this location you will definitely lose customers in the long run. Your prices are great but I would rather pay a little extra money and be treated as a human being in another store Im very sorry.

BAD QUALITY, BAD ATTITUDE, DO NOT GO THERE. Over the years I bought few cheap items from them. I did not need anything extraordinary, which is why I went there. So these items were not a bad quality. I went there last Sunday to get a cheap area rug. One on display was OK. $29. When I unwrapped it, item was clearly damaged. I went back next day to return it. NOT a pleasant people with even less pleasant attitude. They pointed to a small sign on a counter, that no RETURN possible. Only store credit or you have to pay restocking fee of $35. I went to look for items to get so I do not waste my $29. I could not find anything good or good quality, after looking closer. This place really went down the hill recently.

They do some good stuff but their return policy is terrible. I brought a rug there yesterday and didnt even open it yet, only found that its smelly and too old (manufactured 5 years ago, according to the label, which I didnt notice before). When I called, a woman in the store (who didnt declare her name) first didnt appear to listen to me, and then just told me no rugs are for return and thats their policy. Before you buy anything from them be sure to ask their policy, which can be very unreasonable!
