Honestly Would give this store zero stars if this allowed me to do so. I came here to purchase a mattress set, but the people are so rude, all they wanted was my money. Unprofessional due to the fact that they didnt let me breathe it was as though they were desperate to sell! They didnt want to answer my questions. All I was asking was if the mattress was new and not refurbished, but they kept saying all their mattress were new. Lies! Decided to check other stores by the county jail, and I bought it their instead. The people over their gave me a good price and explained to me the differences between the quality of mattresses. Not all orthopedics are new guys!!! as these guys in mattress gallery claim!!!

The sales reps that work in this store come across great a first. The manager, named Miguel comes across honest but he’s liar. They feed you what you want to hear to make a sell, and then screw you. I was told that I was approved credit to finance my furniture. It turned to be a lease/rent. Fast forward 6 months later, Tempoe tells me that I can never own my furniture. I either keep paying bi-weekly or eventually return the furniture. Given that it’s in good condition upon the return, you may or may not have to pay a fee. These people are about taking your hard earned money and throwing customer service out the window. Don’t let them fool you. Don’t buy anything from this place.

They did not make sure that I understood that I was renting the TV. I believed that I was buying the TV in a 9 payments but I was RENTING IT. I pay twice the value of the TV for bad costumer service. The same day I returned to see if I could return the product and the guy said "no going back". After 6 months that I realized that I was renting it, I also realized that I could cancel the contract for a $39.95 fee. Horrible costumer service. total abuse.

I have been shopping all over Paterson and Passaic for furniture got my best deal at Furniture and Mattress. The guys were knowledgeable and honest with great prices, they beat web pricing and delivered fast. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for good furniture and good price
