If I could give Below a 1 star I would. This has been a Nightmare.. 1st they were supposed to charge 20% of the payment only to find out they charged a $1, then the delivery guy gets here and says they have to collect payment 1st.. Give him the money only to find out they dont even assemble the furniture.. I ordered an L Shaped sectional couch, I am 51 and 125 pds what the hell do I know about putting a couch together. Now the kicker is my friend was with me and she said freak it I will put it together. Now we are under the assumption they are bringing it up only to see him drive off. The had the Audacity to leave to Huge boxes on the front porch.. The boxes are heavy as Hell, we had no way to get them up stairs. The store manager took several calls with us telling him the furniture was just left outside, we were told he was up the street getting gas and is coming back. It is now 8:23, store all of a sudden closed at 7 when the flyer says 8. No one is answering anything. Not even the driver that called from a cell. I am furious,, now I have to watch outside and pray no one takes it but I Do Know 1st thing in the morning I want my cash back and they need to come get this and get these boxes off the porch. This was disgusting!!! I have NEVER had any service as worse than like in my life!!!! Extremely Upset, Disappointed and Angry!!m! I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN OR anyone to them Ever!!!! I am also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau... No way should they get away with stuff like this!!

I would never purchase from this store again. The only please tell thing I can say is that Hamed was very helpful. They told me next day delivery between 5-7 and then when I made my payment asked me if we can change that to 7-9 in which I had no problem with. Then they decided to no call and no show the delivery inconveniencing me without a bed for the night. The next morning they tell me it was the delivery guys fault and said between 4-6 it would be delivered. I left my job early taking there word for it and nothing when I call at 7:30 they tell me delivery guys are stuck in traffic and will be late. 1 minute later I get a call from some rude unprofessional woman from the warehouse saying they are stuck in traffic and cant make it to me. If you are stuck in traffic doesnt that mean you are en route? She rudely hung up on me and told me they werent coming at all now. The store service from Hamed was great however after they received their money promptly the service went terribly south. In my opinion prices are great but it isnt worth the headache you get after the purchase nor the lies they tell you just to keep you happy. I am very unsatisfied with the service and recommend to never purchase from this store again. I guess it is true you get what you pay for. I got cheap service, rude customer service and unprofessional bad business.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. My girlfriend order a living room set from these scumbags. First they dont tell you that the furniture comes unassembled in boxes. We live on the third floor so when the stupid delivery guy comes to bring the boxes and realizes that there is no elevator, the scumbag left two hundred pound boxes on our front porch and drove off. The bastard didnt even tell us he wasnt bringing the boxes up. When we call the store to complain the moron of a manager gives us the runaround. We literally had to threaten legal action to get this issue resolved. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for your furniture needs. This place is full of it and absolutely not worth the trouble. Save your money!!!!!!!!!! OH AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THESE BUMS WERE SUPPOSED TO GIVE US A REFUND WHICH THE MANAGER PUT IN WRITING. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND THEY PREY ON PEOPLE WITH THEIR BULLSHIT!! TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOOLS!!!!

We ordered chairs and since we lived close decided to pickup. We were told the day they would be in and when we went there, the store was closed. Tired to get in touch with them for 2 days. We finally did and were told they would be in the following day (Thursday). To make sure we didnt make another wasted trip, we waited until today to make sure the chairs were in. When we called, we spoke to the man who we purchased the chairs from. He told us the chairs were in last Tuesday. So, when we called last week and told the chairs werent there, they in fact were. While I typically wouldnt even consider this a problem, I am annoyed that when we did pick them up, they required assembly. Not once were we told that would be the case. The whole purpose in ordering them from a furniture store was that we wouldnt have to assemble. I could have purchased the exact chairs I really was looking for cheaper from Wayfair if we knew we needed to put together. Wont be going back.

10.1.15 just purchased a queen size bed set from jay at moon mattres & furniture it was great quality and was delivered in 2 days GREAT ============================================================ today 10.30.15 just moved to a new house to wayne and moon mattress & furniture store know a moving company who does a moving service for a cheap deals so jay called his friend or a family member and told him to take care of me in the price AND HE DID it was a 4 bedroom home and paid them $1000 in cash witch i did called 2 companys before i decided to go with them and both of them gave me $1700 price thank you jay for every think and wish you a blessed and warm wenter

I wont buy anything from here anymore. They have so bad customer services, especially the owner. I got the memory foam mattress but it is getting hurt my back right after the first week. I came back to ask him change another one for me. Then he said to give him time to call the company. I have been waiting for 2 months and havent seen the new one yet. Finally he said he would change for me on Friday, but whenever I came, he said 5 mins, 10 mins,... He never gives me an exact answer and it seems I never get any care about my back pain from the owner.

I am waiting for 3 weeks for delivery. They stop receiving your call as well. It was foolish to buy from them in spite of so many worst reviews in google and yelp. DONT LIE BY TELING you pick up calls. I have been calling minimum 10 times every alternate days from 10 am to 8 pm daily. Do u you think I am stupid to come and waste here time in writing reviews without calling you after paying you money already.

The Owner Hammad is too good.. We were running late and it was past closing time he waited for us since i had called him.. and they really have a gteat variety of furniture and at a cheap rate.. I bought a Reclining Sofa and Love Seat.. The quality was too good and the furniture was delivered in time...
