I wish there was an option for negative stars. This place has me so disgusted! My partner has had 2 back surgeries and purchased an adjustable bed frame and new mattress. The mattress he has to swap out because its too springy and they refuse to return the base. I called corporate and was told its up to the store manager. I called the store and spoke to a male who was condescending and rude and told me I had to call corporate. After being thrown in circles I finally just asked for the district managers name and number and he refused to give it to me but that he would speak with them. They never called back! Finally after calling them non stop the result was he cant return the base. So my partner who has purchased a living room set of over $4k and this bed set that cost $4k as well now has a base that he paid $1400.00 for and wont be used. Just sitting in a spare room! BEYOND DISGUSTED BY THESE CROOKS!! I wouldnt recommend getting ANYTHING from these people!

The $2500 bed we bought was great, however we were promised free bed removal as part of the deal. No one told us that old bed couldnt have any stains on it which is pretty hard to achieve when a bed is over 10 years old. So here we are with new bed and an old bed. They refused to take the old one. I now have to pay to have the old one removed because the manager at the Ocean, NJ Raymour & Flanigan doesnt know the meaning of customer service. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.

Had a great experience shopping for a kitchen table. Marianne, was our sales person. She was very down to earth and not pushy. Trust me, we saw other salesman doing the annoying salesman thing. She tried to sell us on opening a line of credit with them, but when we offered to pay right away, she helped use out and gave us a fair deal. I would recommend this branch and ask for Marianne.
