Not impressed at all. After expressing that I wanted to be left alone to browse, I was essentially stalked through the store (NJ Route 35). I bought a sofa/love seat set and was told by the delivery men (very pleasant individuals) that there was no way the sofa could get in to our second floor apartment. They called the store and spoke with a manager who told me that I could only get store credit, not a refund and offered to send an additional love seat (with no reduction of cost). Not even an apology, or better yet, a warning about such a blatant disregard for customer service. Im very disappointed that this is how a local business conducts itself.

We recently moved to the area and needed a new bedroom set and family room furniture. Squan offerred the most variety and best value. They delivered our furniture when they promised and everything arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend Squan Furniture to everyone!
