Had a great and easy experience today at Value City. I was shopping for a couch and my sales person, Gina was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest, likeable, and patient. She thoroughly explained every detail of every sofa to me, answered all my questions, and even waited while I looked up, on line, the dimensions of the living room of the apartment that I will be moving to, as I forgot to measure before I went to Value City. Fantastic sales person -- Knows her stuff, and then some !! Beautiful merchandise as well, and good prices. I would definitely go back to Value City in Eatontown while I am in the process of furnishing my new apartment-- and DEFINITELY ask for Gina!!! Very positive experience overall!!

Just had an excellent experience with Matt and the staff at Value City Eatontown. Matt was friendly and knowledgeable. Of equal importance, he allowed us to browse the selection without hovering over my husband and I. Prior to going to Value City Eatontown, we visited a nearby furniture store where the salesman was pushy and followed us like a shadow. My husband, who served in Iraq, does not do well with crowds, let alone being followed. I am so glad the staff at Value City is respectful of customers space. My husband and I are looking forward to the delivery of our new bedroom set and will definitely be repeat customers. Thank you Matt!

Truly enjoyed my experience at Value City Furniture. On two occasions I had Pam help me out and she always went the extra mile. Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable, I truly felt at home in this furniture store. Because I had such a good experience the first time I had to come back! Gina was awesome as well, helped us get a wonderful discount and was quite knowledgeable on the products I wanted. Steven, the manager, also was very kind and funny and improved the whole shopping experience. With the Labor Day sales and the free delivery, how could you go wrong. I highly recommend shopping here, best furniture store in town.

Very kind staff in the showroom, but I cant say the same for the delivery people!! When installing my bed, they dented my wall and cracked the frame. It squeaks and they did not take anything. I should have called earlier. The pillow top mattress I purchased is uncomfortable and has a 1.4 inch dent, so it cant be replaced even though it says 1.5 from Sealy. And its only been one or two years, and I weigh 80!! These may not be their fault, but I am dissatisfied with the services they have chosen to use themselves.

I came into this store needing an accent chair, fell in love with one only to find out its been back ordered and I really didnt want to wait. Then came an angel named Gina and she found me an even better chair....that was also back ordered. However, she worked her magic and was able to get the manager to sell me the floor model! I was so surprised at the amazing customer service I received. If I ever need furniture again I will definitely be back!!

Shopping at Value City Furniture was an exciting experience. I did a window shopping and went back couple of weeks later. On both occasions, Pam was excellent and extremely helpful answering all the questions I had and gave me a better understanding of the options I had. Value City has a great selection of products in their Eatontown NJ showroom. We were shopping for a new dine room set for our daughter and son in law. Annletia helped us make a selection and gave us a great price. We came back to complete the order and Joan cheerfully helped us finalize the order. I would highly recommend shopping hear. Great selections and great sales help made this a pleasure.

I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture. As soon as I walked in Sally greeted me and she was a pleasure to work with the entire time. She had a lot of knowledge of the product on the floor and in the warehouse. She recommended the perfect pcs without going over my budget. I am so excited and cannot wait to get my furniture!!!

Everyone in the store were pleasant and friendly, yet not overbearing. My Salesperson, Linda Doran was helpful and did not hover over me yet was there when I had a question. I feel I got a great deal. This was my first experience at Value City and would definitely shop there again.
