Horrible customer service at the Balt. National Pike store. I bought an expensive custom sofa that had 3 different service/quality issues in the first 3 months. Then for some stupid reason bought a matching accent recliner on clearance (all sales final). Big shocker, it doesnt work!!! I was told I could pay for repair or fix it myself when I called less than 24 hours after my purchase. Dont shop here. You will seriously regret paying the high price!!!!!

Walked in to the establishment and got no greeting until we were over halfway through the store. Still, no offer of help or assistance. I wont be going back. I dont know whats happened to customer service in various stores but its diminished quite a bit.

Ended up buying a couch here. I dont generally care for furniture salespeople, so these were at least a bit better than average in that respect. The furniture was delivered on time and professionally. The couch is great.
