Furniture City definitely exceeded my furniture expectations!! At first, I thought this was a small mom and popshop, selling okay furniture! As soon as I went in, Adam was a great salesman, and he set me up with the furniture I wanted and he was very patient! Monty explained their policy, and showed us what they can do for us. Monty then delivered, and we ended up buying much more than what we initially walked into the store looking to purchase. We ended up buying, two living room sets, a credenza, two decorative chairs, and a floor mirror. With such a large order we encountered a few hiccups along the way, but with patience, they addressed all of our issues. Key word, have patience and everything will work out! In the end, they took care of us, and made sure we were happy customers! I received every item, and everything looks great in my new home! I am definitely confident I will purchase more furniture with Furniture City! Your prices are unbeatable, and the loyalty to your customers is priceless!!! Thank you Monty and Adam!

Let me start of by saying FREEDOM. Ive been to 7 furniture stores and this is the only place I walk into and felt like I was walking into my own house. Every Furnitire store I walked into, I asked if I can take a look around, they leave us for a minute or 2 and than start to attack us and wont leave us alone. Furniture City is so much different. We walked in and Ray welcomed us, and asked him if we can take a look around, and he spoke to us for a minute telling us where the bedrooms are and the living rooms and many descriptions about the store, and gave us all the time we needed and was there when we needed him. They have Excellent quality, very good prices, and custom furniture which me and my wife loved! Customer service was awesome and the delivery guys were amazing and on time and me and my wife are really happy! If you really need time, and space while Furniture shopping this is the place to go to! Thank you , Mike

Furniture city was the best choice we made to purchase our dining room set. From the first day we went in which was Friday everyone was extremely helpful. I was very picky with what I wanted and was looking for a dining room set that was very hard to find .. Wow! was I excited when Kyle said to me he will research what I am looking for and call me back. The next day Kyle texted me links to the type of dining room set I was looking for. He took extra time to find me what I wanted:) I called him told him which set I liked ordered it and 2 days later it was in my home !! I cant tell everyone enough how great the service and the quality and the price!! People trust me if you are looking for great quality upscale furniture for a great price look no more YOU MUST VISIT THIS STORE! Im an interior decorator, so after hearing about this gem of a store by a friend. I decided to refurbish my whole home from here and Im so glad that I did. I got a positive vibe as soon as I stepped in to this store. There is a massive collection of beautiful furniture that is strong and sturdy. This store has the eligence I was looking for. The staff are all very helpful, my sales man was called Kyle. He knew exactly what I needed to purchase and with his advise Ive saved $$$! He also arranged my delivery date within 5 days! Im so glad I came across this store, and not spent my money elsewhere. My home now looks classy and elegant and Im happy with the price I paid that Im definitely recommending this store to my clients. I love my furniture. I had a wonderful experience with the design expert Fanny. But the low rating comes from the delivery which was 2 hours after the 12-3 window. Then the entertainment center cabinet drawer sliding brackets were missing. When I called back to the store. Someone told me that they had to review the pictures and get back to me the next day because they were closing. I called at 7pm their hours for closing are 9pm. On Thursday the 28th. My tech appt. was scheduled for Mon. 8/1, no tech. I called and was told the tech could come on wed. 8/3. The tech. Comes and the sliding brackets are the wrong size. It is now 8/4 and my drawer is still without brackets and no word when Ill have this fixed. With all the 5 star reviews Im shocked at the treatment I have been receiving.

I was looking for furniture everywhere. Every store I went to felt like a bunch of piranhas attacking their prey. Not a furniture city. I walked in with my wife and was greeted by Adam. We were looking to furnish our whole house. Adam gave us a quick scope tour of the place and let us browse around. We felt like at home. He told us to take our time and to let him know if we had any questions. My wife and I really loved the furniture we bought for our new home. Adam helped us pick out the right style for our place. Great quality furniture at a very reasonable price. Mark, the manager, is very knowledgeable on all the furniture he has in the store. We received all of our furniture as the promised delivery date. Highly recommend this place!!!

We recently moved and were looking for some new furniture. We went to the "bigger name" stores and eventually made our way to Furniture City Super Store. Man are we glad we found this place... Monty and his staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and best of all can match or beat any price you find somewhere else. Their in-store collection is very large, but if you find something you like better at one of those "bigger name" stores, chances are Furniture City Super Store can get the same item at a better price. Weve already purchased a couch, kitchen table, and 2 bedroom sets and will definitely be back again. Trust me - there is no better furniture store when it comes to price, selection, and service. These guys are simply the best.

Purchasing furniture is hectic because you really want to make the right purchase. Luckily I found Monty (Manager) at Furniture City who treats you like a best friend and really helps you out in picking the best sofa (in my case) for your home. He truly cares for his customers which makes his clients feel comfortable. He lets you take your time. VERY PATIENT!!! If you are confused you wont feel bad. He takes his time with you and makes sure you find the right piece of Furniture. They have really good high end brands for a very reasonable price were you can customize your furniture with a huge variety of different configurations and fabric selection. Ask for MONTY. You wont regret it !

Low rating for delivery services. When we purchased a couch, we were told we would have it a week later. A few days after placing the order, we were told it would arrive 10 days later. They wouldnt give us a delivery estimate, except to say 10a to 5p. They wont confirm delivery time until the day before at 5 pm. When they called me the day before delivery, I was told it wasnt ready and they needed another day for a missing part. They still wouldnt give me a delivery window. When they called the following day, the delivery window was still three hours (10a to 1p). As someone who lives in an apartment complex with shared elevators that require reservation... this was unacceptable to me.
