In response to Marc D. negative review. Marc called Furniture Resellers to inquire about office furniture. Both of our companies belong to a Barter Organization in which we do not exchange money but we trade products and services. Marc wanted to order new office furniture out of our catalog that we are not able to barter. We explained to Marc that we have been in the barter organization for 20 years and we have always advertised that we will barter pre-owned office furniture 100%. We at the time had a warehouse loaded with hi end pre owned office furniture and he was welcome to come pick out anything he liked on barter. We also were not able to barter delivery because we sub out out the deliveries to other trucking companies that do not barter. We expressed this to him over and over. We also went over and beyond and offered him 50% barter and 50% cash if he wanted new office furniture that had to be ordered from our distributors. We wanted to please him and at least we could use his 50% cash payment to purchase the product and the other 50% we could barter. Normally we do not offer this but we knew he was not going to accept anything we offered and he was being very difficult. Our terms state clearly on our proposals barter is 100% on pre owned product and there is no barter on new office furniture. That is the information as to the dealings with Marc D. After weeks and weeks of us trying to help him he decided to create his version for the public to see. It is unfortunate we were not able to work together to make him happy. As for the other review for Giselle. Giselle originally ordered a certain color and when it was delivered she did not like the color and wanted to change it to another color. She asked for 100% refund that we were not able to give her. Our terms clearly state that we can not offer refunds or exchanges unless there was an error on our part or if something was delivered damaged or wrong because we made the mistake. We offered re order what she wanted at cost and she declined.

This is a horrible and one of the worst experiences I have had recently in dealing with a business,my initial experience of walking into the warehouse with Russell was very positive,I simply ordered a desk & a chair, he said 2 weeks, and that was the last communication I ever got from Russel & he never responded to my emails or phone calls(all you gett is his answering service) Andrea finally began texting me, and this went on for another 4 weeks, wasting 6 weeks of my time not to mention a half day to go to Millstone & back initially,just waiting for the delivery,if I ran my business like they do,Id be out of business immediately. Would never deal with a business that doesnt keep promises or respond to customers, just horrible.There are so many choices today,I was very surprised of this type of behavior, never heard back from them, no apologies,etc!!!

Furniture Resellers are more then just a company that sells office Furniture. They care about the end user and that they have a comfortable and smart work space, my company has grown over the last 4 year and every time I needed Russ and Andrea to outfit a space with one desk work station or ten desks work stations they move quickly and never having me wait more the ten days and when it come to cost saving they are able to offer me on there large selection of used chairs which are in stock.I feel like Im stealing them. we are currently looking at building out another 1,200sq ft work space Yes I will be calling on Russ and Andrea to do there magic on. NOTE TO ALL RUSS DOES A GREAT JOB AS AN INSTALLER

Outstanding 2nd generation Company! From start to finish Russ and his crew were top notch. I ordered pre-owned hi end furniture. Russ was able to furnish my home office in all cherry wood L shaped corporate desk, credenza, book case, end table, and cabinets. I was able to get the Presidents Office at rock bottom pricing & delivery. In fact, I will be using Russ again to furnish a our new office space within the next few months. I was looking for a home office and on a budget. I felt so welcome when Russell spent alot of his time giving me choices that where in my budget and he never got frustrated. He worked with me which made me feel very special for all his time. I am very happy with my new home office. I will enjoy and use for long time. The installation and delivery was great, all on time very stressless. Not much more to say but thank you Russell for your time, patience and wonderful furniture.

Very professional and fast! They setup 2 separate offices for us in Edison on a tight budget. One of our offices was odd shaped and Russ configured the space to maximize use and had everything installed quickly. Worked great. He was even able to secure a very large 1 piece conference table that got many compliments. I would only give my business to local, family run firms like this one.

RCP Management has been waiting for a response from the owner of Furniture Resellers since August 2013. The lack of communication and follow up is upsetting and has made it difficult to complete the project begun many months ago. Very disappointing and frustrating.
