UPDATE ***** The owner called after searching for me. Told me to meet Jimmy that Saturday, and we got our bunk bed for our son. The delivery was a few days later, and the delivery men, two young men, whose names I forgot, sorry, were EXCELLENT! They need a raise and given praise for the work they do so well!!! ********** I went in Tuesday before noon, with my husband. We headed to the bunk beds and waited for assistance. Well after 5 minutes, I yelled out "does anybody work here?" Finally a man comes to assist us. I showed him the twin over full bed I was looking for and asked the weight limit on them. The reason, the bed had approx. 8 wood slats to hold the mattress up. He went to "get" my answer, but never returned!!! After 10 minutes of waiting, I left. On the way out, another salesperson asked if he could help. I told him "he was helping us (pointing to the original salesperson) but never returned." He told me .... "Well, we had other customers." Okay, and I was WHAT??? I wasted time there and will have to further my search. With 5 people up front, try having them walk the "SHOWROOM" to show CUSTOMERS and HELP them with questions!

I have come in here many times, and each and every time at least one of the workers were incredibly rude to me. The guys that load the furniture are very condescending, treated me like I was a moron. And when i asked them if they would do a package deal for a couple things they said absolutely not and that it was the lowest they can go. I went back over a year later and the same chair was sitting there. no wonder they cant sell anything, they are expensive and not reasonable at all.

Just purchased a bedroom and living room set from Warehouse Furniture in Newburgh. The quality and prices are excellent. The salesman we worked with was Dave and he was outstanding. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Anytime Im looking for furniture in the future, Dave will be my first phone call .. and Warehouse Furniture in Newburgh will be my first stop.

The Manager Richard was GREAT! Initially I had a small issue but he was able to resolve it instantly! Not only did he listen and empathize with me he was able to arrange delivery for me on my new living room set in under a week. He was able to not only match but beat a local competitors pricing that I provided him as well. This was my second purchase from the store and I am glad they have been able to keep me as a customer.

After paying for our new bedroom set in full we needed to exchange one piece for a smaller dresser of the same set that was 80 dollars less, but the owner told us we needed to pay an additional 400 dollars it made no sense to any one including the sales person we had so we had no choice to ask or should i say demand a refund then after getting it we were asked to leave the store buyer beware of this lowlife shady place.

Bought furniture from them didnt fit thru my doorway and still had to pay for the delivery funny thing is my landlord saw the couch while they were loading it back in the truck and asked me why it didnt fit then he showed me the same size couch that was in in the apartment before I moved in it was longer by 4 inches they didnt put much effort in getting the couch in and still charged me for it

Our salesman Dave is KING of all salesman! He was an absolute professional and never once tried to pressure us into a sale or even to hurry us along to get to another customer. We spent over two hours trying to make the best decision for our family and I left very satisfied! I am confident that I will always a be loyal customer as long as Dave is our salesman.

My fiancee and I were looking for a new mattress for our bedroom and new chair for our office. The owner himself greeted us and we were able to find just what we were looking for with his suggestions. Unbelievable prices for both pieces and couldnt be more happier! Delivery was super fast and they even carried away the old mattress! Awesome!
