I want to share to everyone the absolutely disgusting experience I had at this location and with purchasing with this company. I went into the store and purchased a sectional couch for my new place and was given a delivery date. Mind you, I paid $200 for delivery. They told me that the delivery window is 5 hours. I was called late last night about my delivery for today and that it would be from 8-12am. I got a call at the crack of dawn today that it was en route . I told the gentleman that I need to reschedule to another date or later in the day. They said it was okay only for a few hours later to get a nasty call from corporate saying it was may fault. I went into the store and spoke to the gentleman who sold me the couch and he told me that there wasnt anything he could do. Luckily I made sure that I was adamant about getting free delivery as these scam artists tried to make me pay an addiotnal $200 !! Making that $400 delivery on a $550 couch ?? This is certainly the worst experience I have ever had with any purchase. The salesman told me "I am not calling corporate why dont you call?" "They wont do anything for you anyway" Do NOT shop here. Unclassy and Unprofessional. They dont care about your needs they simply strive to make sales. I work myself in a sales enviornemtn and this was simply unacceptable.

NEVER PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE. Nothing but a headache. We made a big purchase in the beginning of June of floor samples and new furniture and still havent received everything we ordered. First it took a while for the sales people to send pictures of floor samples we purchased. When furniture arrived there was a coffee table missing installers broke a leg on the dining room table. 3rd time the delivery showed up and we thought it was the last one they sent a defective Coffee table and they said theyll send another one. It is now the end of august and we havent even received a phone call as to when that table will arrive. Their customer service is simply a disaster. I had to call every time to follow up not the other way around which is ridiculous since were paying thousands of dollars for everything we ordered. I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

Reading the negative reviews, I felt I had to post my positive experience. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased to sets of living room recliners one with a pull out bed. The furniture is beautiful and seems well made. I did have an issue at about month 14 where a piece of metal snapped. I purchased the extended warranty, the technician dispatched indicated that they had never seen this issue before and that while it wasnt covered by the service contract I should contact Jennifer Convertibles. I contacted them and even though I was over my 1 year manufacturer defects warranty they agreed to cover it with me just having to calmly and rationally explaining the situation. I understand sometimes manufacturer defects occur, if they would not have covered it I would have been very upset. Based on my experience I would be returning when I need more furniture.

I recently purchased a recliner chair from this location and was given very poor service, at one point the manager made a comment that she hates when customers come in so late. I originally wanted to pick up my chair but was told the only time this could be done was on a Wednesday morning from the warehouse, so I was forced to shell out the money for delivery. The day of delivery came around and I was given a 5 hour window of when the chair would be delivered, After that window expired I received a phone call stating the driver was running behind. I than called the showroom that it was purchased from and dealt with a very rude woman who told me these things happen and there is nothing you can do about it. Do not go to this showroom go anywhere else no cust service at all.
