WOW WOW WOW! Im not sure where to start with how pleased i am with this Verizon location! Not only did they stay late to help me fix my problems as well as another customer but we had his full attention as he was helping us both at the same time! Never has someone multi tasked so well and kept us both pleased! Never have i ever had such a pleasant experience with at a Verizon store, and i have been to each location in the surrounding areas. The employees are extremely willing to help and work WITH YOU to solve any issue you may be having! Wish i could rate them higher than 5 stars!

i have always gone to this store and have bought many things from this location. i was told this week when i visited them that there would be a $35 charge now for help but they would only charge me $ 10. i was surprised and wondered if anyone else has had this experience. he told me it was a verizon policy????? i think i will go to another store as there are certain many in the area. they also do not seem to be able to keep employees.....i have been amazed at the turn over.

Used bait and switch with supposed $300 for my phone to get contract but didnt happen and I was assured by the manager that there was a box being dhipped to me from Verizon to send it in. Box never came so I inquired why then he tells me they werent going to honor their advertisements that hot me there in first place.
