I called to make sure an item was in stock the lady answered and placed me on hold for 10 mins before she even asked me what I needed. Then once she finally came back I asked her if they had my item in stock she placed me on hold again for 10 mins. She returned and told me yes they have 2 I asked her how much they cost and she just said I dont know then hung up the phone. Once I was in the store I located the tents and was shocked to find the price being $15 more in the store even thought its free shipping online. I asked an associate I found and she informed me that I would have to go to customer service to ask the manager for a price adjustment. When I went to customer service the lady was having a conversation with another worker and pointed me to the other register. I informed her I needed customer service and she immediately seemed annoyed. I explained the issue and she told me there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to the manger and she huffed and called herself. They changed the price but she had an negative demeanor the whole time. When I paid for my items and said good night she just looked at me and went back to her conversation. Overall the whole issue was her demeanor and I promise my family nor I will be shopping at this k Mart again.

I come to this Kmart every blue moon. From the outside you can already see that the store is of poor quality. This Kmart seem so abandoned and out dated. On the inside its pretty messy and theres horrible customer service. My mother and I were looking at the jewelry section, for minutes there was never an associate in that department. Nor any associates came up to ask if we needed assistance. Finally, to the check out. There was only one register open, mind you on a Sunday. Then another register was opened, the cashier was extremely rude. My mother didnt know she was ready to ring her up, and the cashier did not speak to say yes she is ready. She just opened her eyes all wide in a way to say "yes". I even told her well youre not speaking or saying yes or no to let us know you are ready to ring". She was just very rude & sloppy. All the young associates like her seemed rude & lazy. This Kmart has always been ghetto looking as well as the customer service. Major changes need to be made to this store.

I never come to this store because I just dont like it to be honest. Customer service has always been the absolute worst. Today was no exception. I went in only to buy a battery. One lithium battery.....how bad could it be? I ended up getting charged $2 more than the cost of the battery. I told the cashier it was a mistake. Very arrogantly she said, "I cant do anything about that. You have to go to customer service." I went to customer service and another arrogant, unhappy employee credited me. As I was walking away the original cashier, the customer service rep and another moron who was standing there all started laughing hysterically because they found it so funny. Needless to say, I vow to never enter this store again but there is one saving grace. Kmart is on its way out. When this one closes, and it will, Im going to party for a week!

Im at the white horse store in hamilton and I ordered on line for curbside pickup early today. Not only did they not notify me but when I called I was left on hold for 9 mins. Had to hang up and call back. She proceeded to ask me how did I order. I explained that Im supposed to park in the designated spot log on to the app and the oder will be out in 5 min. She said well do that then. Then said wait u gotta come in nobody will come out its midnight it was 10:40. . Now iam standing in line still as I write this its 11:03. Unbelievable

Messy and expensive. I dont see this place being open too much longer. But there are very few Kmarts around anymore and they do have some valuable things. Shoe section isnt pretty great and its varied. Baby section is too although a bit messy. Staff is small and usually kind. Ive never seen the place extremely crowded either.

Everything is overpriced. The checkout had a disfunctioning chip reader. The cashier insisted I could not swipe, and kept asking me to try the chip reader again no matter how long it took. I ended up paying cash when I could have just swiped. Very annoying. Very slow checkout. Returns area had better service.

Very rude staff always long lines the store is very dirty and outdated.the bathrooms are filthy as is the snack bar area. No one who works here cares about the customer. Customer service desk is unorganized and returns take forever. The kmart company should redo the entire store and hire people who care

Kmart has fallen on hard times, and yes its gotten shabby and a bit sad but every time I go into this one in Hamilton its empty, with no lines at checkout. And you can still catch a bargain, so dont forget to check it out if youre on the hunt for something.

Service is terrible, from cashier to service desk. Store is often very hot! I swear in the summer they dont have air conditioning. Unless they have something on sale that you must get, skip here and go to Walmart

How sad and pathetic is this store. They wont even let you exchange a Christmas present for the right size. Ill never bother to drive here again. Totally restores my faith in Kohls and Walmart.
