This review goes out to strictly CORY!! I HATE GAMESTOP AND ALL MY VISITS HAVE BEEN NEGATIVE, THIS IS THE FIRST POSITIVE VISIT TO GAMESTOP IVE EVER HAD, THANKS TO CORY!!! He is The acting manager the week of my visit.. I had bought a Ps4 awhile ago and it started acting up on me (Lazer issue or lens) and I called them yesterday Cory answered the phone I explained my problem to him about the Ps4 Cory told me to stop worrying which I was and just bring the Ps4 to him and he would figure it out.. Now mind u I dont live in bordentown anymore, I live in Pennsauken which is a good 45mins away, I also do not have a car so you can see my problem.. I hopped the riverline today and walked 35mins to the gamestop to get this figured out. Cory was cool as hell he got me a new Ps4, I returned the old one and I asked him if he would cloud save all my save data from my games.. Which he did for me in store!!! Now idk why he is only the acting manager for the week but THIS DUDE NEEDS TO BE THE PERMANENT MANAGER!!! His can do attitude and customer service skills are through the roof this kid is what gamestop needs to fix with their stores no joke.. #coryforpresident

Im writing this review kind of late. I was in here early last year. I traded in some games, which of coarse, I didnt get much for them. To my surprise, the clerk (young kid, dark hair, glasses, no personality) relabels my games in front of me at almost full price, and puts them on the shelf. I considered that to be very rude. There was no one else in the store at the time. Ever since that day, I have never purchased anything from any GameStop. I sell my games on Amazon and buy them from Best Buy. FYI, you dont need to reserve games at Best Buy, theyre always in stock.

New management is pushing and annoying. I used to drive all the way here instead of Hamilton because the manager and staff were really chill and nice. This new manager and staff is really annoying, pushy and shady. At least now i wont have to drive as far to get games. Plus best buy has a program for used games now two and they have a better point system.
