First of all, I had gone to drop something off and we were in line and this woman comes out of nowhere and starts talking to the cashier and the cashier ends up ringing them up before even greeting us, which is rude in itself. I had to get something that had over 100 pieces laminated and when I dropped it off, my brother and I were told $2.84 (or something around the $2.80 price) per yard. I said that was fine because most of it was little pieces. I am also a rewards member and the woman looked up my phone number and claimed she couldnt find me in the system. I had also asked them to call me when it was done, but had asked for it to be done by Monday at 8:00 am, but was flexible on what day it was done, I dropped it off on Saturday afternoon by the way. I went to pick it up Monday and that woman was able to find my rewards membership in the system. I was also told it would cost me $204, which I refused to pay. I had told them that if I had known it would have cost that much I would have either went somewhere else or done it myself. When I had brought it, I had put it into a bag because of all of the pieces. I was never called when it was done because when I picked it up, they had it rolled up and now all of my laminated items are bent. Had they called me when it was picked up, this could have been avoided. I bent it the other way and placed a heavy item on it for over 24 hours and there hasnt been a difference. Also, there is a portion of one the pieces that isnt completely laminated. As in, they didnt fit the item onto the machine properly and only part of the item is laminated. Also, they must not have been paying attention to the items on it because one item must have slipped behind another, this is me giving them the benefit of the doubt, and it was laminated that way so in order to cut one item out, I have to cut the other one in half and ruin that piece. I have pictures of these items and will also be making formal complaints. For the amount of money they want, the quality of work just isnt worth it. On a lighter note, they did discount me about 50% on the price, but it wasnt worth the quality of work that was given or the "confusion" of price per yard or square foot. I would never bring anything back there to be laminated.

I use the copycenter multiple times a week. like most Staples, they are typically under staffed in this area. however, there are a handful of extremely awesome employees here that are very helpful and super friendly. there is 1 employee in the copycenter that is a little slow and can be a little annoying. but for the most part, its smooth sailing. However, some of the customers that come in are some of the worst human beings I have ever seen. Ive seen people who dont know how lines work, yell at fax machines because they cant read the instructions printed clearly above the machine, and people who dont have a basic understanding of printing or how digital files work yell at employees for something they were clearly in the wrong about.

Worst customer service ever. The amount of time I had to spend on hold three times was ridiculous. Not a one time occurrence either. Almost the exact same thing happened yesterday. I had to visit the store. Was trying to get a 24x36pdf poster printed. I was told I could just do it online and that it would be ready in an hour. Went online, no option to even pick it up within 1 day. Tried to call store to get help. What do you know, on hold and hold and hold again only to be answered by a non-printing center sales associate who had no clue. PS: I let them know in a calm manner that I was frustrated..no help there either. The guy did not seem to care at all. Insane. No wonder Staples is constantly closing stores. NEVER AGAIN!

I tried to send in copies online and it was a $5 fee to have that day so I went into the store to handle it in person. Online my order was $35 and I store it was $75. Luckily I had my laptop so I showed the price difference and they did match my online price, which is why I am giving two stars. I understand you cant necessarily match the price, but to charge over double? That feels corrupt. Whats the point of having an in person copy and print center if youre charged DOUBLE to use it?

Woman with the accent is rude and difficult to understand. Just wanted to print 1 copy and she made it the most absurd process. I have printed at several staples before and never had a problem, I dont know why this location makes it so difficult. Going to Kinkos now for everything, they may cost more sometimes but at least their service is better. Also waited on hold for 15 minutes to get nowhere with printing a single piece of paper.

Got my iPhone 6 repaired here and oh boy do I regret it. They held my phone for 4 days and when it came back it was scratched and the screen was lifting up. The kid told me he had to put glue in the phone to make it work again. Staples ultimately gave me a refurbished replacement phone for breaking my phone. It was so stressful and my mom got so mad at me for coming here in the first place. Dont do it to yourself.

I should have believed the people complaining as my attempt at having something printed went awry due to an uncaring and distant print shop employee. Gave up as she had a foil between her and me screening her calls and would not come to the phone to discuss a email I sent to her which she claims she did not receive after several attempts. It is true this Staples store is a disaster.

The prices are unjustifiably high for name-brand products you could find anywhere. Not only that but this medium sized store is staffed like a Pizzaria. A single employee is wandering around the ink department and there are only two registers open while the line is backed up to the end of the store and the aisles are a mess. Overpriced, understaffed.

I disagree with the previous reviews. I love the quality, pricing, and efficiency of the staples print services. Very convenient for my needs as a small business owner.

Theres no reason to put someone on hold for 20 minutes other than to get rid of them.
