Save yourself the headache and dont go. Ive been lied to since joining sprint. Worst experience Ive had with anything. If you need help, I recommend possibly going to another store (which Im not entirely sure about. Ive only been to one other sprint store and they were just as bad. Maybe youll get lucky by getting a good associate in another store) or contacting someone online with their live chat. May take a little bit of time, but you get the answers that you need and they actually help you or guide you in the right direction. Thats by far the most help that Ive gotten with this company.

NO STAR ..Please DO NOT buy anything from this store. We took 5 lines from this guy named Tom / Tony but this guy is very lazy and set-up wrong plans and took 2-3 hours to complete the transaction for new lines. NO REFERRAL as he promised. Go to another Sprint store near to your place. AVOID..AVOID..AVOID
