Love Gamestop... Hate this location... there is one down the road near Acme in Bordentown.. Go there if you can. Rude unhelpful staff. Constantly putting the wrong disc or no disc in case. Wont help (acting annoyed that i called) on the phone. Pushing for me to order their store credit card a total of 7 times in one transaction, not taking no for an answer. After i refuse, the clerk is telling false information about how it will "help my credit". Rarely open on time. Clerks on cellphone cursing in store. Not sure why this particular store is so poorly run but they are really hurting the brand.

This place saved my job. I went in and browsed, got a great deal on some used games and excellent guidance for good games for my kids. Walked out and saw my car had a flat. The manager saw me changing it and offered assistance. I like any "real man" could not accept this offer...until my jack broke. I ran in and explained what happened, The manager came out and lent me the jack from his car and assisted with the change, allowing me to get to work on-time. The store gets 5 stars for the employees and their knowledge anyways, but the managers willingness to help put it over the top.

Wow really disappoint in this Game Stop. Im not from this part of Jersey and the one up by Quakerbridge is really nice. All three of the people working here were extremely rude and unhelpful. Thanks for nothing!

The staff is terrible and dont reset consoles,and dont call people back. I used to work for gamestop for years and these people are beyond terrible. Hopefully they get a new staff in there!
