On April 2, 2015 Cristina in the CVS Pharmacy went above and beyond to take care of us. Traveling, my wife needed medicine for migraine headaches. We had prescription sent to CVS #8527 in Moorhead, MN. Confusion ensued. Through old CVS customer files, Cristina was able to find my wifes old phone number. No luck. Unable to read any phone numbers on somewhat illegible FAX, she Googled until she found correct contact info for Doctor. Calling them, the nurse said it must be a mistake and told Cristina to throw the prescription away. When I came in to pick up prescription, Cristina dug through paper trash, found prescription and had it filled. As I said, service above and beyond. My wife and I want to send out a huge Thank-You to Cristina.

CANT GET THEM TO STOP ROBOCALLING ME!! This is terrible. CVS got my number because I filled a prescription and now they robocall me for FLU SHOTS up to 3 times a day!! Called the pharmacy and they cant stop it. Called head office a month ago and it still hasnt stop. BE AWARE IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU COULD GET ROBOCALLED TO DEATH
