Its got some good stuff. Other items look and feel cheap. Staff can be unhelpful. Weve ordered items to the store and when we go to pick it up were told its not there, but then we realize we have emails saying it was there. Not sure why they cant find our items. We bought a tree stump from them and when we picked it up a big chunk was missing and both ends were scuffed, like it was used. When questioned they said it wasnt used and agreed to switch it but it would take 5 weeks to get.

The actual store and all the employees are 5 starts but the 2 stars is for product quality. I have purchased a variety of items over the past few months (50-400$/item range) and there seems to be issues with each item, warping issues, poor soldering, finish coming off ect. Bummer because I like the stuff but time to move on.

Very bad customer service!!! We walked in and 2 ladies didnt even stand up to help us.they just assumed we didnt have the money to buy their furiture or assumed we just browsers. We can buy their whole show floor!!!! We left after 2 mins.

Drove an extra 20 minutes after work to pick something up, walked in the store, and immediately was told in an unfriendly way that there was a private concert and Id have to leave, despite it being an hour before normal closing time.
