We bought a beautiful couch here and were promised that Earl Johnson would "stand behind" their product. We were even told a story about someone who had a chair for years and when it broke was replaced at no cost to the customer. After about 6 months, the fabric on the couch started to fray. After bringing it in with our concerns, we were told that they would not replace the couch or recover it. They believed it was damage that we had caused and were not willing to "stand behind" their product. We ended up spending $750 to have someone local recover it for us. It has been a great couch now for the last 7 years! We will never give any of our business to Earl Johnson again. This was an extreme disappointment.

I was recommended to earl Johnsons furniture store and I am sure glad I was. The store itself is something to be seen. I enjoyed looking at everything although I was there to buy a recliner as I was a soon to be mom. The employees were such a help and I could tell they were completely honest with their advice in what chair would be best for me and my size. They helped load it up into our van and we left feeling so good about our new purchase!! Our baby is 6 months old now and weve spent many hours in this chair and we are so thankful for it and Earl johnsons furniture store. Highly recommend!!
