Bought two couches, they charged my credit card on 21 June 2017 for a 5 July delivery date. Delivery window of 3-6 pm that day. They went to fort Leavenworth that day, called to say they were late at 5, at 830 pm was the next update, at 946 pm i got a call from the driver saying he was at the gate. Couldnt get on because of a Missouri license (not valid on a military base any more without a second form of ID). Got another call from the military police saying one of the people in the delivery truck was a convicted felon. Yep, Furniture Deals tried to send a convicted felon to my house on a military installation even though i told them where we lived. Nothing against the person, Im all for second chances, but they set that person and me up for failure. Any way, by 10pm it was a lost cause, called back the next day to get our couches, they said it was going to be another week. I explained that i had family coming in to town and needed it today (july 6). Customer service rep said, "I dont care about your family. " Well at that point i used language that any drill sergeant would have been proud of. Collin got quite at that point. Punch line is still no couches, cancelled the order, and still not off of my card. USAA is being contacted tomorrow. Now lets do the math, roughly 1100 majors (military rank) move into the Leavenworth area every summer. At 100k per major that is 110 million dollars per year of buying power. I would suggest to all that you shop elsewhere for furniture. Found another store in overland park with similar couches, 100 dollars more, better quality, same day delivery and guess what, one guy was a convicted felon. No worries, the store was up front and honest about, i worked with the security team at fort leavenworth, and the gentlemen was extremely kind, efficient, got us couches and got onto fort leavenworth. Brandi was the primary person from furniture deals i worked with. She was very nice and professional. Good person working for a bad company.

I always prefer to shop locally in general to support the city I live in. I was in to purchase an oversized swivel chair and even though the price was higher than at Nebraska Furniture Mart I was willing to purchase it. The delivery options were either drive to peculiar Missouri to pick it up or pay 80.00 plus tax or to spend a 100.00 more for free delivery. If the delivery fee would have been waived or the price of the piece of furniture would have been negotiable , I would have made the purchase. Also I would have picked it up at the showroom. None of these three options that I suggested to the manager was even considered. I have since casted my dollar vote elsewhere and am happy I didnt overpay for the furniture or the delivery from a store that is content to turn away customers over an 80.00 delivery fee. The shopping experience was neither convenient nor was it inviting. Usually when an associate is paid commission or is treated m rewarded for sales you tend to receive better service and flexibility. Definitely the opposite with this company. Very disappointed . We were also told by an associate not to come back when itis convenient for us but when the associate would be working next after we had said we wanted to measure to make sure our future purchase would work for us.

Im reading these great reviews and Im just upset my experience wasnt so great. . I purchased a bed and living room set and had to go to the warehouse to pick up the items and first they gave me the wrong couch (didnt know till I got home ) since it was all wrapped up ... then I had to go back to the store tell them of the issue and get the correct color .. once it was all delivered . I kept getting these little bites all over me and I flipped everything over and there they were BED BUGS !!! Now you may thank I had them previously and thats just not the case I had just moved in to my duplex that was Completely renovated ... and where the bugs were it was just obvious it came from there warehouse. . My friend also had this same issue ...its been a complete nightmare. ... my family also uses them and they have not had any issues so I was excited to buy from them ,however these past few months have been very stressful ... so word of advise if u pick up from the warehouse or buy any kind of furniture please just check it very good ... nice sales people but after the sale is done they are just in to the next :(

I had a certain item in mind that I was looking for that I had seen the store last year. Unfortunately, they no longer sold it in store or online. Once I have my mind set on something its very difficult for me to change my mind! I however strolled around the store looking at all of the beautiful furniture testing it out and found the perfect most plush couch, Loveseat and side tables for my living room. But the prices were so reasonable and the staff worked closely with me I was actually able to purchase the dining set I fell in love with and the bonus was that it was on sale! If it were not for the 24 month financing I would not be able to have the comfort and beauty of the items I purchased. Delivery went well and all the items were in perfect condition! My friend who was with me was so impressed that she is going back to purchase a headboard for her bed. I highly recommend the quality of the furniture as well as the knowledge and helpfulness and the staff. Hassle free...

My family and I had a great experience at this store. Most of the furniture appears to be well made and the prices are ridiculously low! Seriously low. I was afraid the furniture would be junk, but we are very happy with our dining room set and home theatre love seat. The customer service wasnt exceptional, but it wasnt bad. Some people leaving bad reviews are too presumptuous. YOU are responsible for obtaining the correct information BEFORE you make a purchase. Dont blame the store because you didnt didnt ask any questions. If you are getting furniture this cheap, there are going to be compromises, Im just glad its not the quality of the furniture. The only complaint I really do have is the delivery service. Two guys showed up in a Penske truck without any uniforms, badges, or professional clothing. Not surprising considering the cost of the deliverly. Will be buying from them again in the near future.

Furniture Deals have good quality & beautiful furniture. The atmosphere is comfortable & homey. On 2/16/17, the drivers, Josh & Maverick were AWESOME! I appreciate them greeting me with a handshake. They worked together very well & was very polite with professionalism. They were very knowledgeable in setting up my bedroom in 10 minutes. They displayed kindness in showing me how to dissemble m bed if I needed to. Upon leaving, I was told, "Mame, enjoy your furniture & your day." They even complimented how beautiful my furniture was. That kind of customer service is truly appreciated. I will buy from Furniture Deals again & request Josh & Maverick. THANK YOU ALL for great service!
