I went to this T-mobile store to check if I was able to get the promotion buy one and get the other free, I told the representative that I just wanted to check if I was qualified!. But this person already created an account under my name which I been receiving bills! I did not get any new phone and all i got were headaches, having my line disconnected since I did not know about the existence of this account. Today was my last called to t-mobile to get waived a fee I wasnt supposed to received. Very disappointed of the service in this store.

my experience was awful because the person who helped me out LIED to me about an upgrade. He told me what i wanted to hear. Now i am stuck paying a buch of money. It is wrong he lied for commission!! And guess wjat i call and call they wont give me the same of the person or fix the problem... I did spoke to a manager but he was sort off not helping either.. Worst experice ever. I feel like the person who lied should no longer work there.. #liedforcomission SMH!

I had to get a replacement SIM card for a new phone since the old set kind of following me into the ocean -- being in my shorts when I did so and all. I was in and out of the place in 5 minutes and everyone with whom I spoke was kind and courteous. That and the store is nice and neat and such. The experience was completely painless. Highly recommended.

The way these two guys were treating one of their female coworkers was disgusting. If I keep going there and I see these guys I will write a bad review for Every time I see them until they get fired and will keep putting complaints as well!!
