I bought a carton of generic cigarettes earlier today (generic is generic, right?) and when I got home discovered they were totally un-smokable. Mr. Lee couldnt have been nicer about my returning them, even reopening the store since when Id called to ask about the matter it turned out that Id be getting there a little past closing. He also let me take a pack of a different brand outside so I could try one before buying a carton. Perhaps the difference between my experience and the previous reviewers is that you cant return open tobacco any more than you can return open food. (I bought the two packs Id opened.) And I was pleasant and friendly both when making the purchase and doing the return. That goes a very long way no matter what the situation.

Product tampering: Purchased a $90 Deucecig from James Lees Tabacco Depot in Laurel Maryland 4/17/13 and found out later that it had been used and required a new wick. The old wick was burned up. Which also means that the mouth piece was used. The gems that could have been caught from that. with the many other complaints how to these guys stay in business. The next time I buy from a store Im not familiar with, Ill search the Net for complaints first. This store has many complaints.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! i am so sick right now, i smoked it for my birthday yesterday im still sick. i have smoked this type of tobacco before but whatever they gave me had to have been either reallly bad or laced. i had no control over my body. my head was spinning, ive come down now but still nauseous, i call and no one answers the phone and i go in and they act like they dont know anything. by far the worst experience ever.
