My boyfriend bought a water pipe from this location YESTERDAY for 95 dollars, beautiful piece really, and this morning he set it down, very very gently, as he always is with these sorts of things, and the bottom piece broke clean off, ruining the pipe. Neither of us could believe it. No shards were missing I mean this was a clean break. Upon calling the store, the employee on the phone was asked if there was anything he could do, be it a trade in for a new water pipe or returning our money and his reposonsr was "uhhhh..I have no idea" and when i called back again, because theres no reason you should be selling something for 95 dollars if it doesnt even last a day, i was told the manager wouldnt be there until monday. i highly reccomend you not waste your money at a store like this. we want our money back.

Would give 1 star if it werent for the employees. However, the man who owns/ runs the store is a rude person who doesnt deserve my business. Spent no more than 5-10 minutes in the store, asked for samples of three juices, none of which were setup because he didnt have samples available, the owner said he didnt have all day to let me sample vape juice. Yet he had provided none of the samples. Will never shop this store again! Furthermore, the ridiculous no return, no exchange policy makes no sense considering the expense of vapor electronics. Not the only game in town so I will exercise other options.

Unfortunately because of the location, I go here more than my preferred store, Vape Dojo. The prices at this store seems higher than other vape stores. Prices are not marked for all their products and sometimes I think the employees are just coming up with a price especially the older gentleman. He once sold me a bottle of juice that was busted and had leaked even after I told him that the box doesnt look right. Next time in, there wasnt even an apology. Besides the price, store procedures, and a certain enployee, I do like the various options they have for juices and accessories.

The last place youll ever need for vape supplies, with one caveat: price. They are incredibly helpful, very nice, and well stocked with a plethora of devices and liquids. But, you will pay a premium. Worth it? Yes, I think so. Its nice to hold a device in hand before purchasing, and being able to get liquid when you need it is nice. Waiting on items to be shipped can always be frustrating and having a one stop shop is a real treat.

Love the people at Vape n Cigar staff is very helpful and friendly to the process. As well the vape juice selection is wonderful Ive watched it grow tremendously within the last year and now can go in every week to find a new flavor, for a great price! Highly recommended, offer a variety of other smoking equipment makes easy one stop shop.

I really like visiting this vape shop. In fact, it is my favorite! All of the employees have always been positive, helpful and kind (including the owner, whom I see often). Their selection is extensive and they bring in new liquid brands frequently. 5 stars!
